A:  This is a spray that will spray everything in the adjusted pattern at once. A 32SA is a rotor and will rotate a single line of spray from side to side to cover the pattern. Rotors water more slowly and tend to water farther distances since it is not spraying everything in the pattern all at once. The heights are how tall the spray or rotor pop's up to. This spray pops up 6" where the 32SA only pops up 4".

A:  At least 45 PSI is recommended at the spray head. These have an operating pressure of 15-70 psi, but the built-in pressure regulation means that if it is more than 45 psi then it will be regulated down to 45 psi. If it is less than 45 psi the full spray distance may not be met, and at lower pressure it may not pop up.

High pop-up head, with a 12-inch rise, are suitable for ground cover area and lower flower and shrubs beds. You can determine your pop up height 4in or 8 inch based on your home grass height.
