If wanting to use Rust-Oleum EpoxyShield Garage Floor Coating on sealed concrete, the sealer will either need to be removed via grinding or you would need to prime the sealed surface with Rust-Oleum Concrete and Garage Recoat Primer. Etching will not remove the sealer, but grinding the sealer off would replace the need for grinding. If it has been longer than 48 hours you will have to sand the surface using 60-80 grit sandpaper for the new kit to properly adhere.
