If wanting to use Rust-Oleum EpoxyShield Garage Floor Coating on sealed concrete, the sealer will either need to be removed via grinding or you would need to prime the sealed surface with Rust-Oleum Concrete and Garage Recoat Primer. Etching will not remove the sealer, but grinding the sealer off would replace the need for grinding.
