A:  Apron front sink or farm sink are the same. The finished front of the sink extends through the front Engel of the countertops out past the cabinet an inch or so. 

A:  Hi Carrie, we do offer gold drains that fit these sinks and these models are #TB35-07 and #TD35-07. A standard 3.5" drain is compatible with these sinks.

A:  It's not really an under mounted sink. You have to build supports on either side of the cabinet below the sink to support the weight of the farmhouse sink. you can still use the cabinet under the sink for stirage

A:  Hi Mike, this would depend on the dimensions of the cabinet base that you are installing your sink into. You still should be able to use the cabinet under the sink, but the doors may need to be modified.

A:  Hi Chris, the lifetime warranty does still apply when your sink is purchased through one of our online retailers like Home Depot.

A:  Hi James, Unfortunately we do not offer templates for our sinks as they are handmade and do have the potential to vary slightly in size. We do, however, offer spec sheets which can be found on our website. That being said, we would still recommend waiting until the sink is in hand before any cutting is done.

A:  Hi Chris, it would be possible to use this sink given your current cut-out, there might just be a slight gap given the extra .25".

A:  Hi Michael, the only difference between these SKUs is that model #SK499-30FC is for the sink itself and model #SK499-30FC-D includes the sink and disposal drain.

A:  Hi there, there will be no difference between these sinks. We are in the process of a name change. We recommend taking a look at the model numbers of the sinks, and as long as these are the same there is no difference in the sinks!
