A: Hi, I've used it on my concrete porch, and haven't had any problems. However, I do not have any colored stamped concrete around my home. My neighbor suggested this product to me, because it does not destroy concrete. I trust his judgement, because he's always working on his home.
A: I would say no, but I have never tried it on colored stamped concrete so I can'r be absolutely sure about it.
A: Yes it’s safe on every surface
A: Yes you can see the product on every surface until it starts melting the ice
A: We have concrete steps and I use this product. I liked it because it was pet friendly as well. I haven’t had any issues with using this product multiple times.
A: First time buying this product. Have used it twice and it does the job on ice. No damage to the brickwork or slabs so far, but that’s with only 2-3 using. Was told by an HD rep that less is more, so I just use a small amount each time.
A: We have found that Safe Paw ice melt is very safe on our stone and mortar front porch, steps and patio. We have had very good success with it the last two winters and it is extremely gentle on our dog's paws.
A: I have used this product for years on Bluestone and pavers and concrete and have not had any problems
A: This product is suited and seems to work on several surfaces without corrosion. We mainly use it for our dog and it is made to even work on our composite deck. Very pleased
A: I never tried that but I would think that it would work. I use it all the time on my front sidewalks to melt the ice.
A: I think it is. Why would you put this in grass? I use it on my walkway and black top
A: Yes completely safe.
A: Does not stain clothes or sidewalk. Best to use before.
A: It works in either condition and also works well on ice… it has never left a stain on my terry cloth shoes which I use when I put this on my sidewalk and driveway. We have used it for 4 years now with total satisfaction and no problems.
A: This is all that I use on my composite decking. I am very happy with this product. Have used for four years!
A: Yes, the shaker jug has a screw on lid and a very wide opening if you want to pour more in
A: No, you cannot use this on limestone steps.
A: modified carbonyidiamide crystal, special glycols, non-ionic surfactants accelerants, proprietary traction agents, special inhibitors. I don't know how much this will help you if at all, but these were the ingredients listed on the container. However I can attest that I have used this for several years on concrete pavers, and it has melted the snow and ice effectively without damaging the pavers which can be brutalized by other products.
A: I don't know the ingredients off hand but it helps melt down ice and snow nicely and I feel safe about it for my brick steps as well if some of it is tracked into the house it does not burn my cats' feet
A: Probably, but you should always check with your tile installer to make sure. Safe Paw is the only 'de-icer' that does not contain salt - and salt is usually what causes surface degradation problems. Two articles for you to read to help you - one is the ingredient list for Safe Paws; the other is a more general article on de-icers.
