A:  Find a different product. The material used to manufacture this model is cheap. It will cost you an arm and a leg to get them replaced. I had my dyer for 2 years and the seal around the drum came off causing me to buy a new one.

            A:  The issue could of been a manufacturer defect. Sadly you only had 24 hours from the date of delivery to report those and be able to exchange for a working one. That's why it's so important to use all your new appliances the day you get them home.
