A:  Almost always....ours cleans up with a soapy was cloth. Then a rinse and wipe. If you have burnt material...there are many cook top cleaners that are safe. Not a worry.

A:  Sure, but you would be using the whole oven, probably. You likely would not be using the divider. Once the turkey comes out, put the divider in and heat the side dishes and pies.

A:  Easily. The divider comes out and you have a huge single door oven.

A:  I am sure you could you remove divide between ovens.. and hey presto! There is even a gliding shelf and a deep shelf which would be great for large dishes.

A:  I have found no speed difference with the "fast boil". You are correct, it is no faster than others, in fact, it is really slow to heat up a pan. I have had both the gas version and this electric version of the Flex Duo, and I have to say, the gas version is far far superior than this electric version. I would have bought the gas flex duo, but the area we moved to does not have gas lines.

A:  Excellent question, KimD! Fast Boil is a special burner on electric ranges where the burner is larger and hotter. This means it can boil water faster than a smaller burner can. However, since the burner is larger, typically the amount of water used is also larger. This can sometimes result in the large amount of water on the Fast Boil burner and a small amount of water on another burner boiling in about the same amount of time. This is actually a sign that Fast Boil is working, because typically a larger amount of water would take a longer time to boil. ^Jeccca

A:  Hello johng! This range (NE58K9850WS) is stainless steel but it is available in fingerprint resistant black stainless steel. Also on this model it has the control lockout feature to disable all oven functions. Samsung makes a variety of different ranges with different features. A:  The burners do not lock! If I would've known the lock feature only locks the screen and not the burners, I would not of bought this oven. Also, the knobs are extremely sensitive. All you have to do is lean on them by accident and the knob turns on. Which means the burner turns on. We have had quite a few accidents. This feature needs to be updated where you can lock the burners and the screen. Otherwise, its a great oven!

A:  The stainless isn't smudge resistant and no you can't lock the burners. But be aware, the glass top stinks. It's almost impossible to get it clean no matter what you use, it always looks smeared. it also scratches easily. I have a love hate relationship with this stove and not sure I'd buy it again. The premise is great but the execution needs work and that includes the oven. On the plus side, the flex door is great, it's like having three ovens. I hope this helps
