A:  if the lock has been set up with Schlage System it can be shared with an Android device. If there is an internet outage or a power outage, the lock does have a fallback Bluetooth function to allow you to still be able to utilize the app to unlock the door while the phone is within range. If the lock is set up only with Apple Homekit, the lock cannot be shared to an Android device, but will still have the fallback feature with Apple devices. A:  Thank you for reaching out! We suggest performing a forced motor reset to realign the tail piece. Please see the steps below. If we can assist you with this model please reach out to us at 888-805-9837 or email consumerschlage@allegion.com. 1) Remove the interior side of the lock from the door and disconnect the wire connected to the back of the motherboard 2) Grasp the thumb knob and rotate it 3 times clockwise then 3 times counter clockwise (You will need to force it around to turn. You should hear the motor noise) 3) When installing it back on the door make sure that the deadbolt latch is retracted. The metal bar coming through the center of the door should be flat with a little bump on the top right. The back of the interior side of the lock will have a cylinder that the bar goes through. That should be flat with a bump on the top left so the bar from the keypad slides right in. Next, perform a reset on the lock by following the factory default reset steps in your user guide. 4) Enter a code on the keypad. The deadbolt should extend and retract and the keypad should flash a green check at the end.

A:  I have mine connected to my Vivint system but I do have an older control panel. If you have newer panel make sure it works with Z-wave.

A:  Yes, Vivint is a z-wave hub and should work with the BE469ZP.
