A:  The shade comes with the hardware required to mount the shade. If you are missing your instructions, they can be found online through Seasunshades.com or by emailing our customer service department info@seasunshades.com

A:  The shades are rated for outdoor use so they can be let up during the winter. The shade can come off of the brackets if you prefer to bring in the shade during the months you will not use it.

A:  The shades come with an adjustable pole that can be made into a 6' pole.

A:  A valance cannot be added after the fact. If you received non-valanced shades, and would like valanced shades, you will need to return the non valanced shades.

A:  This shade can come with a valance or without. If you are wanting a valance, you will want to make sure that the description references "with valance"

A:  The hand crank shades are not compatible with the guide cables.

A:  Redondo, Coronado, Morro Bay, Moonstone all have a 90% UV Block. SeaCliff and Tide Pool have a 95% UV block.

A:  Our shades should be rolled up in winds higher than 10 or 15 mph.
