A:  They suggest not to. The cleaner lasts a long time and works well no streaks or film. So I'll stick with their product.

A:  It easily snaps on. Just place the pad on the floor then place the vacuum on top till it easily snaps in place.

A:  Maybe your just spraying too much. A couple sprays goes a long way. No film or streaks.

A:  Yes. I got this specifically for my wood floor. It picks up my dogs long hair very well & the cleaner leaves No film or streaks. It last a long time & a couple sprays goes a long way...

A:  The Vacmop Pro for me lasts 12-15 minutes depending on if I'm vacuuming or spot mopping. I don't need to worry about time as I use it for spot mopping and spot vacuuming. The Vacmop Pro has only died on me once but I didn't have it charging most of the day. Hope this helps.

A:  According to the manual, we're only supposed to use their floor cleaner, but I've used others and have had no problems. Note: I'm sure using other cleaners in the Vacmop Pro voids the warranty, so do this at your own risk.

Using other cleaning solutions may result in streaking and residue and depending on the cleaner it may be too thick to spray.

A:  The pad tends to get caught on the edges of the tiles, and it leaves behind the dirt it already picked up.
