A:  Hi Oscar, this is Colin from Simpson Strong-Tie. The CC66HDG requires 5/8" diameter bolts. You'll be safe with a 11/16" diameter bit. The bolt holes shall be a minimum of 1/32" to a maximum of 1/16" larger than the bolt diameter per the NDS.
