A: You need the ground screw if you are going to separate the bars from the neutral one of those bars you put the ground screw on top

A: Refer to the Wiring Diagram of each load center, located on the interior sidewall of the enclosure. The Wiring Diagram will state "Box bonding when required" and indicate the location on the neutral assembly to install the green bonding screw. The green bonding screw, which is a self-tapping screw, will be supplied with load centers that are marked as suitable for use as service equipment.
You can go to the internet and view a video that will demostrate install and location. FA100207

Q:Is it possible to remove the 200 amp breaker and replace it with lugs only?

Answer This Question
A: This can usually be done, but I see no good reason to do so. If you want to install main lugs so you can use this as a subpanel, it isn't necessary. In a subpanel application, the protection comes from the breaker feeding the subpanel and the main breaker can remain and becomes nothing more than a panel disconnect. If you still want just main lugs, contact Square D for the part numbers.

Answer This Question
A: No, the main bus amp rating is 200A, so the maximun main breaker that can be Installed is a 200A breaker. The markings on the CSA Labels would prohibit this, as well.
