A:  The rotary detergent dial allows the dilution ratio of the detergent to be changed as follows: When turned all the way to the right, the dilution ratio is 10:1. When turned all the way to the left the ratio is 20:1. Contact Power Washer Customer Service: Email: info@arblueclean.com Phone: 866-235-5112 8-5pm CST M-F.

A:  The min/max switch is for using appropriate cleaning solutions. You MUST use the little black nozzle for it to work. I also found that it doesn't dispense the solutions until I squeeze the handle to spray for a few seconds, then release the handle for a few seconds, and then squeeze again to apply the solution. It pumps out the solution heavy so you may want to try the minimum amount and work your way up to the dilution you want.

A:  Yes, it needs a water source.

A:  Yes. This pressure washer requires a pressurized water source that is delivering a minimum of 4 gallons per minute. An easy test to determine water flow: Put the end of the garden hose into a 5 gallon bucket with the water faucet turned all the way ON. Time the water flow for one (1) minute. The bucket must have at least 4 gallon or more in the bucket. If there is less than 3.5 gallons, the unit will not pressurize correctly and will cause to pump to fail prematurely. Also, do NOT use a "collapsible" garden hose as they restrict too much water flow to the pressure washer.
