A:  Dear Customer, To reboot the shelf hold down the on and off button for 30 second's. We also recommended using the charger the shelf comes with. Thank You

    A:  Yes, it will sync. I play Pandora from my IPhone on it regularly. Make sure you've turned "on" the Bluetooth on your phone.

        A:  Thank you for your question.This is dependent upon how much your items weigh. The capacity for this shelf is listed at 15 lbs. If your items weigh less than that amount, and the product is securely installed, there shouldn't be any issues.
