A:  We currently do not offer that line of floor heat, as all our options have to be in a mortar bed.

A:  I used QuietWarmth for my trailer I built. It works great! It's a thin plastic matt and can be cut to length. In the trailer I used floating laminate flooring. But for the house I'm building I want tile. That's why I need something different.

A:  No this is not baseboard heating, this will need to be installed under the flooring encased in mortar, and it will require a floor heating thermostat, which is not the same as a baseboard thermostat.

A:  This product has to be embedded in mortar. So you should use a self leveling product to embed the product then this should give you a smooth surface do your installation.
