Answer This Question
A: Good morning,
This pump will have a max vertical height of 25ft. at around 1 gallon per minute. However other factors could increase or decrease that number such as the size of the discharge pipe you are using, any vertical run that you have. Feel free to call us at 1-800-495-9278 to discuss your specific setup and we can get you a more accurate number of GPM you can expect.
Thank you for your question.

A: Depends on how far you need to reach an outlet. Always better to go bigger and use a 12 gauge with a motor.

Q:Can the float switch be positioned on either side of the discharge? If it is not repositionable, which side is it on out of the box? I've seen photos (even in this product description) with the float on both sides. For my application, I need the float on the right, when facing the pump with the discharge nearest you.

A: Hello. Yes, the float can be positioned on either side of the pump. You would just need to loosen the screws holding the float switch bracket and rotate the switch. When you have it in place, be sure to tighten the screws back down.

A: Never installed it, but returned it, so I cannot comment on the switch position.
