Q:What percent of moister is present ? If I wanted to pour epoxy for a table a high moister content is non desirable. Possibly you have cured slabs ?

    Q:Hi. We are planning on making an approx 5' console table. The legs we will use are for a minimum 12" width piece of wood. If we order from you, could you make sure we get a piece that will work? We don't own a planer, so would need a flat piece too.

      Q:If I don?t have the tools to create a ?floating? shelf (drilling the holes in the slab) what is the best bracket to use to hold the 50-60lb shelf?

      A:  Hi Libby, You could use the pipe decor brackets at Home Depot and just set the slab on top of them. We have had many customers use these. Thanks for reaching out.

        Q:I am using the boards for shelves and wonder approximately how heavy the boards are. Also, what would be the best brackets to use to secure them? (I had wanted to have them ?floating? but I don?t think it will work.) Thank you in advance for your response

        A:  These slabs weigh between 50-60 lbs. The best brackets to use are the sheppard brackets.

            Q:I want to purchase a slab of wood advertised. The 2"x12-16"x8'. But I need the width to be the 16". How do I guarantee I am going to get that if I order it?

              A:  I had order this product for the mantle over my fire place , very happy with the product. I believed the piece I order was 12 inches by 96 . The front edge which was the bark side was not straight but the back edge was. At it's narrowest width it was at least 12 inches.
