This includes fountains, ponds, waterfalls, aquarium water changes, hydroponics, aeroponics, water reservoirs, drip irrigation, A/C drip spouts, and gravity watering systems. So just so I'm clear your asking if a 1/2 inch tube will fit a 3/4 or 1 inch connection. My guess would be no.
