    Q:Are the quick release brackets available in the store? Also, I never received the hardware with my order, I was told they were supposed to be in the holes of the ladder but mine were not????? I ordered the 3 step Tommy Dock.

    A:  They are not available in the store only online. Hardware for fastening is not included as there are numerous options for installation.

      Q:I have both the Tommy Dock 3 step lift ladder and just received the quick release bracket, however no instructions for installing the bracket. It is for a wood framed dock. Can you send me instructions as some people have experienced problems with the brackets. Thank you in advance.

      A:  We do not have specific instructions for the quick release as it is a universal product and not all installations are the same.

        A:  Yes, the work together. Lags are adequate, but through bolts are highly recommended.
