For best results, use only clean, fresh fuel less than 30 days old, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. To reduce starting problems, add fuel stabilizer to the fuel, mixing it with gasoline less than 30 days old. If you choose ship to home delivery, some assembly may be required. There are some basic steps such as bolting in the steering levers (two bolts) and attaching the battery cables. The mower should have oil and enough gas to run the machine for start up and getting it to your storage location however not a full tank in most cases.
