    Q:How can I clean the inside? I unscrewed the sides, top and back of the ac but I can't open it. Do I need to unscrew the bottom too? Because it looks like only the top can come off but maybe I'm wrong. Help.

                Q:I installed the 8000 btu into the wall but didn’t think to check for drain plug. It sits in the metal casing and am not sure if it’s plugged up. Before I take it out again does anyone know if there’s a drain plug under there??
