Q:After only about 5-10 minutes the audio quality will drop, almost like the audio is being slowed down, the 2 earbuds will get out of sync and then one or both will disconnect by themselves. What's going on and how do I fix this?

A:  I have not had any problems with the two pairs i have. You will have to check with customer service.

      A:  Hello Gary, You would control the volume using whatever device you have paired to. So if you are paired to your phone, just adjust the volume on your phone directly.
