A:  Thank you for your interest in our Su Casa Window Guard. Installation hardware is not included with the Window Guard. You will need mounting brackets and one-way screws. I hope this information is helpful for you.

          A:  Thank you for your interest in our Su Casa Window Guards. Unfortunately we do not make custom sized window guards. We do however have many sizes that can be joined with our various hardware options such as our connector pins and t-brackets (sku #590794 & #589423) to fit your required opening. We suggest you speak with a mill work associate at your local Home Depot store who can assist you with these items. I hope this is helpful.

                    Q:If one can easily go to the local hardware store and get a special screwdriver for the one way screws, does that not defeat the purpose of these if they are mounted outside the window?

                    A:  Thank you for your interest in our Su Casa window guards. There is no tool that will easily remove one-way screws. There is a tool to install one-way screws. Usually one-way screws must be sawed off to be removed. I hope this information is helpful.

                      A:  I WOULD LIKE TO THINK IF SOMEONE IS TRYING TO BREAK INTO A PLACE THEY WOULD NOT CHOOSE THE PLACE THAT TAKES TIME AND ENERGY, THEY WOULD CHOOSE A PLACE THAT IS EASIER TO ACCESS.
