A:  I'm sure with the right product that the Vinal could be painted but I'm no expert and would have no idea of the best way to do it. I think preparation would be key and proper paint would be essential.

A:  Good question, Peter. We do not recommend painting because we have not done any studies on this. Reason being, there is just so many different paints with different ingredients that there is just no way we can test every one. I will advise that it will void the warranty if you do. However, this style of railing is available in Tan and Khaki colors as well. They can be purchased at your local Home Depot Pro Desk. A:  Good question! The difference between the Riviera and Vanderbilt models are basically the spindle shape. Riviera has a rectangular shaped spindle .875" x 1.5" and the Vanderbilt has a 1.5" square spindle. A:  Great question! Likely the 60 tooth count blade would be sufficient but the more teeth on the blade, the finer and cleaner cut you will make.
