Q:Can these be cut to 37.5 inches wide

A:  This is a non-cut / non-shorten vinyl blind. Please try to look for vinyl cut model from Home Depot store which is similar to the OPP model. If they don't have it as stock size they will cut/shorten to the desired size for you.

    Q:I purchased 4 of these blinds and am satisfied except for the wand to open and close slats. 2 out of the 4 no longer work due to the little hook that slips down into the want breaking off. Please help me replace this tiny item.
