A:  The ILG8SF24V is a variable speed fan it does not come with built in thermostat. The ILG8SF24V-T has built in thermostat and speed control. You may also want the ILG8SF24V-ST or ILG8SF24VC those 2 models comes with controller.

A:  We recommend mounting the fan to a wall. Door could cause vibration to the fan.

A:  Yes, we did in a shed.  We had it running constantly though and it stopped after a few months (pulling humidity out of space). It’s a bit noisy.

A:  You can use this fan to remove fuse smell or hot air. Please note that the fan motors is sealed however this fan is not explosion proof.
