The item came packaged well, but I think the lid was loose on the bottle. Nobody checked that and it leaked all over the inside. I don’t know how much stuff I lost, but wasn’t very happy about that. I haven’t used it yet because I’ve been in the hospital for 12 days. But somebody should do quality check on whether the lid is tight on the item or not because like I said, I did lose product I just don’t know how much my husband took pictures of it. It was all on the inside of the box the box wasn’t damaged, but it was like flipped over and jostled around I guess.

I like the concentrated solution because I can mix it specifically for the job I'm treating and plus I already have my own spray bottle to mix it in. The instructions are easy to read and understand. It's easy to measure the amount of solution you need using the measuring cap that comes with the bottle. I sprayed it around my house. Daily I would come across dead bugs but no live ones. I will definitely keep up with applications so that my home can be free of bugs.

The only thing l noticed is l need to hold and adjust the part where l attach to the gallon lid so the chemical will spray/come out good. Not sure if this is how other gallon is gonna be. other than this, this is convenient to have especially at our house near a big tree and we get lots of ants and big black carpenter ants!

I checked back after a few hours and even saw some dead bodies close that hadn't gotten sprayed! It is easy to use and since it is concentrate you can get many many gallons out of this bottle. It is versatile and can be used on all sorts of critters.

One of my favorite pesticides to use. I spray the entire yard and was glad to find the concentrate in a gallon size.

The hose broke on my third use. Right where it connects to the spray gun so now it is useless. Now I will have to rig something up to utilize the 2/3 of a gallon of insecticide remaining.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Carpenter Ant &Termite Killer Plus* 40 oz. Concentrate to review. I had a bad ant and termite problem on my back patio. I mix this product according to directions and waited. The next day I checked and I couldn't believe how many dead insects popped up. Great stuff, just make sure to wear safety gear while spraying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does a good job of killing the bugs and keeping them away. This product is very easy to use. It has a battery powered wand, which makes it fast to apply around your house. The sprayer has two settings. One is a stream and the other is a spray. Stream for a more accurate application, and if there is a bit of wind. Because it is battery, you do not have to keep squeezing the handle to apply the product.

Since I have applied this product, I have noticed a marked decrease in the number of ants I have seen around my home. I also like the easy to use sprayer. In addition,I love the fact that it is premixed which means no mess.

I am sure the product works fine. however, I can't spray it with the provided sprayer. Rather than a spray or stream, the product dribbles out of the nozzle. It comes out at a rate of about 8 ounces or more a minute. I looked for information how to troubleshoot or work with a support person on the issue, but this seems to be the only mechanism to reach out for help.

No ants this year! The spray handle made it very easy to get all of the areas needed. And there was no back spray on to me which was great! I would definitely recommend giving this a try! We were also able to spray the areas along the fence and patio. The only negative was having to replace the batteries before we were able to use the spray for the first time. I have carpenter ants on the outside of my house that have been driving me crazy for the last 6 months. I have tried so many different products and nothing has worked until I got this. We used all around the house and haven't seen an ant or termite since.The Ergo Grip worked flawlessly and so simple anyone could do it! I was so pleased that it didn't have a horrible smell! I was surprised it also kills fleas! Having 4 cats and a dog it is important that I can eliminate all of those and the ants!

This concentrate is pretty big so I actually didn't need to use all of it. I made sure to water it down before using it. It was easy to pour into my gallon container with attachable spray. I saw results pretty quick. I sprayed the outside of my house and any popular entry ways that the bugs tend to come in from. The swarms of ants invading my house stopped after its use. I'm extremely satisfied with this product.

I love the fact product comes in liquid therefore I can put it in my sprayer. I sprayed all around my home covered all areas I think ants and termites would be. So, i used the Carpenter Ant & Termite Killer as a preventive measure. I should also note, that it does kill the new invasive Chinese Lantern Fly that gas been in my area. I will continue to use it after a rainfall to keep ants at bay.

I sprayed twice a day for a little under a week and I have not seen an ant in my home since. I plan on periodically spraying to keep the ants down but so far I have no grievances! I used this around some target spots and it totally kept the ants out! Within a day, I saw some ants that had died from the spray. This stuff works and it's easy to use. There's a good amount of solution in the bottle so you'll be good to go for quite awhile.

I have not seen any Ants or termites around the perimeter of the new home since using this spray. So far so good. The application was easy and directions were well laid out.
