We wanted a rustic appearance, so the knots were not a problem. Had about 10% wastage due to bow/twist, splits, some parts of the tongue missing, and black handling marks, but overall it was as expected - good.

Bought 120 boards have to return 40 almost half because they were too warped to use. The good ones look good and it looks nice up. There is just poor quality control on the supplier and Home Depot. Now I have to spend more time and spend more money in fuel to hopefully exchange them out.

I was able to get this installed on my ceiling with very little effort.

Worked great after I had to dig though all the bad wood. May 2 out of 10 boards were usable.

Disappointed that all lumber is not size advertised as. Very big problem and confusing for non contractors.

The cost was extremely high But I managed to work with what I had and made my ceiling look good

Higher quality than expected. Straight, little warping, easy to install.

To many worped boards

Employee by the name of Manny was extremely rude to us and did not want to help us in the lumber department. We had to go find somebody to help us from the rental department because Mandy would not help us at all.

Boards were bowed. Bought 45 returned 18 when picked up. Returning 9 more so bowed could not use.

This product was difficult to find in my area, but Home Depot had them. They were of excellent quality and straight. Thanks Home Depot for having them available.

Some warped boards and unusable sections.

Perfect for the ceiling in my art studio. Absorbed the stain great, Easy to install especially with a 18 volt reachable Ryobi nail gun!

Out of the twenty something pieces of lumber I ordered if half were fully usable that would be a stretch. Cracks, 3 inch gouges out of pieces, tongues split for 2 feet down a board. Whoever pulled this order should have tried to use this lumber on a project he or she was doing. An absolute disgrace.

Product was very easy to work with and was exactly what was online..I hung on my basement ceiling by myself.

We used this in a garage to gym conversation for ceilings and walls. Overall, very happy with the product. Lightly sanded and white washed with oil based semitransparent stain. Great outcome. Take time to pick your boards.

I have used these boards for both ceiling and walls in my new home. They look great stained. You can use both sides, one with a groove in the middle of the board and one without. They do have some rough places, but I simply cut those pieces out and really only have a couple inches of waste on the poorest boards. Since they are tongue and groove, you can simply complete a run without worrying about landing the ends on a rafter/stud. They work fine with the ends falling where they just naturally do. Only thing I would caution you is to make sure you square the ends before you install them. Out of square or being a bit rough on the last 1/2" is the only issue I found after installing about 500+ of the boards.

The boards were not straight and not of good quality.

The bundle of wood that was delivered was in great condition
