We ordered the this item online and when we picked it up at the store it did not have the cut to use it as a deck handrail so we ordered it again in the store and when we went to pick it up a week later it did not have the cut again! It was a complete waste of our time. The item does not match the picture and can’t be used with spindles.

What was shipped to me doesn’t match the picture. I returned it and was sent a replacement. The replacement also did not match the picture of what I ordered.

The ProWood 6 ft. Pressure Treated Cedar Tone Wood Moulded Handrail was not a hand rail and I could not use it . The description and the picture did not match what I got

The railing is smooth and also helps me feel secure while using the staircase. The color matches the deck boards I chose of the same wood tone.

Had to order 3 times to get 4 good rails for a deck stair. Either gauged or liege sunken in knots through out. Something you find a bargain store. Not the quality I would expect.

The Bd I purchased was the best in the pile- but still had a slight twist - not really the ‘best’ handrail board (‘because of the slight twist).. but it’s installed.

I love that I was able to stain them. Handrails for perfect for my project! Happy worn the outcome.

Im sorry to say that this was a very bad experience, that didn't even deserve one star. This was the third one of these products sent to me. The first two, were the completely wrong item. This third item was the correct one, but it was very badly warped. It also had numerous knot holes, where the knots were not even present. It was simply holes within the 6 feet of the board. I was fortunate that I only needed 3 good feet of the product for my project. So I had to soak the board in a tub of hot water for several hours, then using clamps and shims, had to straighten the board to make it usable for my project. Very unhappy with this purchase.

Every piece had a section where the wood was either rough or had a knot. Luckily, I could cut off the offending part to fit. But, if you need the entire 6 foot length, you might want to consider another vendor.

Awful. Wood was green and warped to the degree it was unusable so it was returned.

Worked perfect for my porch hand rails. Straight and clear! No knots!

The boards are cut well and shaped like the picture. Mine had a few knots that I was able to trim off as I did not need the whole length. But big issue - They are NOT pressure treated like the description says. Had to treat them myself, big dissappointment

Lots of knots in the rails. Had to order a second 4 pack in order to to get 4 usable rails. Even then had to do a lot of sanding and filler to fix knots and imperfections. Originally intended to stain these rails, but ended up having to paint them to cover all the filler. Should have returned them, but was already committed to the project. Couldn't find any other suitable product, so there is that going for this product.

use them fast they tendency to bend!

Railings are nice and price is good, just needs a TON of sanding. They really could have done a better job on the product.

The handrails were exactly what I needed and the price was a bargain. I returned an earlier order of one handrail because it was not what I ordered and return was simple and easy. The package order of 4 handrails was what I needed and they are already installed. Thank you Home Dept for you cutting edge service and hassle free return.
