It was great easy to work with easy to handle and install I love this product

Ordered two rails for a small stairway project. They were rough when they arrived but I decided they could be made functional with some sanding and filler. When I was ready to install a couple weeks later both had also twisted and were beyond repair.

Nice smooth finish on all molded edges. Bottom rabbet fit well over the edge of 2X and made a nice finished railing that has a good feel and great appearance

Several of the handrails were warped and would not be usable in full lengths. I did need some shorter lengths and was able to salvage part of several rails.

The groove on the bottom should be 1/4 " wider to accomodate the variance in the 2" demension of treated 2X4's. About 20% required wood removal to fit the 2X4.

Love these handrails. They weather beautifully.

20 yr old Gazebo needed some repairs to railings…perfect for the job. Wish they had 8’ pieces so I could get 2 from one piece.

They warp easily. All six failed

It did exactly what was expected. No complaints

The shape varies slightly from order to order. The wood was still damp from pressure treatment and 1 piece warped in 2 directions as it dried. Too many knots for my satisfaction. I used it for deck ramp handrailing so perfection wasn't a real priority but was disappointed with the quality.

I wonder where quality control is with this company. Would have given a 0 if possible. Both handrails had banding marks that were hard to get out. One had a knot hole where you hand slides on the rail the other had large cracks in the wood. Would have returned them but I needed them when they arrived. Apparently they just grab any railings, without checking for defects and throw them in a box and off they go. Will never buy from this company again.

they barely fit in the 2 x 4, not smooth at all and very crockets. i have to sand them all. not good

Poor quality. Shakes and big knots with router gouges.
