I used this "off label" as the medical types say: To cover the aluminum handles on a tool cabinet to make them less "bright" instead of trying to paint them. This tape was just the right width. That was 2 months ago and it's still in place. Hanging in there, so to speak. Worked for me, for this purpose.

Thicker and heavier than what I have used in the past. Time will tell how well it holds up to the elements

The tape is as advertised. It adheres to the pipe and fixed the leak until I can replace it.
