I still haven't figured out how Home Depot can sell propellers for so cheap. Unfortunately I was hoping for studs, so propellors and bows didn't work great for my application. But if you're looking for a challenge, trying to build straight, square walls with these will be one!

2x4's and 2x6 to patch my walkway which caved with wood rot. This wood is heavy duty and did the trick, took stain easily.

These 2x6x8 bds. were your typical lumber, and should suffice well enough for my intended purposes. They were however priced a bit more than the online website indicated, but no big deal. Overall, I've been very happy with all the lumber from Home Depot I've used to build my house, and I'll continue to purchase from the Depot rather than anywhere else. Thanks!

The wood had a lot of moisture

I had to dig through the pile to get 11 decent cut pieces. Most were in bad shape.

They claim that this is kiln-dried, and their representative in the Burbank, CA store said that a consumer should expect to pay 20-30% more for KD over green. Since this is 100% green, and their lumber manager says they only stock KD in a 2x4, that means that the cost of this green lumber should be priced about 20-30% less. Doesn't matter, though, this is fraud, either way. You cannot advertise something as being of higher quality than it is. There are literally tens of thousands of homes that purchased KD dimensional lumber but were constructed from the green lumber that they actually took home. Shame on them for doing it, and shame on anyone that does not speak out.

Most of the wood selection were warped real badly

Picked up a lumber pack and it was absolutely garbage. Twisted studs, and a complete waste of my companies time. We wil be using a lumber yard moving forward, unfortunately.

Lumber was very rough with a lot of knots.

Good lumber. Price and quality are good. I use these every day.

Purchased several 2x6 boards to reroof a shed. Boards were straight and sound, with only minor chipping on a couple. Roof is solid now, no fussing with any warped lumber.

worked perfect for basement shelving. Nice even boards

2 x 6 studs… Low to poor quality.. lots of knots, bark, and twists and warps.. But common to today’s quality of most Big Box lumber. Had to pick through 20-30 boards to find 4 that were usable for this project…. used not for framing.
