The wood is warped, bent, cracked and too hard to work with. I believe the next project that I'll do I will just pay the extra money and buy better quality wood somewhere else.

The problem occurred not in the wood but in the cutting of the wood. I asked for it to be cut into 24 inch pieces... of the 12 cut, 7 were 24 inches. I did return the cut pieces (which unluckily I didn't measure until I was home) and Home Depot made it good (after 1 hour + wait in service)

Had it delivered. They took all the boards nobody else...
Had it delivered. They took all the boards nobody else wanted and sent them to me. The one in the unopened pallet were much better than loose boards. Delivery cost me a lot more than $80
