I "special ordered" eight of these for a commercial project I built for a client. Upon delivery, I found two to be deficient and took them back to your store. They were replaced with the only problem being over a week's delay in completion of the job. When I installed the last pair I found one of them was missing a small yellow pin which activates the "soft close" feature. The slide still works but not the automatic close at the end, which is the main reason for installing this unit. I left it in place so my client has the use of the whole assembly while I order another pair at my expense due to the fact I don't have a 'return' to bring back to you. I have written to you TWICE about this problem without a response. I understand that you don't manufacture these slides, and in fact don't even physically see them before they reach me, but you must have some influence with your supplier as to quality control. I am now faced with another 10 day wait and the cost of the slide plus shipping, and another trip back to the jobsite - also at my expense to make this right. The 28" full extension drawer slides work well enough - once you get a pair without issues.

Excellent quality full extension soft close drawer slides. Very impressed with the quality. The only thing that I did find was that the one page of directions could have been a little clearer. Should specify #8 Truss head screws....this is not stated in the instructions but found it on the description for the product. Also some of the directions are in measurements like 2/5", which is very hard to calculate. Also some notes are in mm.....I do not have a metric ruler. But for most woodworkers, this should not be a problem. What is critical is that the opening for the drawer must be as accurate on width front to back as possible and the drawer needs to be one inch smaller than the opening. I found making the drawer slightly smaller was a benefit as it is easy to shim the drawer slide to compensate. A drawer too wide is a very bad day at the shop!!! Would buy again without hesitation. Good job Home Depot !!
