This is not worth the money. First the starter didn't work after 1 year. Now the wheels have fallen off and the warranty doesn't cover that as wear and tear with rust. The rust is bad. Why pay $900 for stainless steel and product rusts and you throw out after 2.5 years.

Only allowing me to title this 4 letters... anyways.... this was a good grill when first purchased. I purchased there expensive cover for it also. Within 18 months of lots of usage, maybe 3 times a week on average, I had to replace the grill tops. Shortly there after, the back of this grill started rusting and now the rear left wheel has fallen off due to the whole bottom of the grill being rusted. I have always had a cover on it when not in use. It is up on my deck in a corner area, so protected by the wind when not being used. Elkton, Maryland no where near salt water so not sure why this thing has rusted. I now have to use it propped up on a brick, so there is no moving it anymore. 2.5 years old now and getting ready to replace it with a new grill and it will not be this brand.

Purchased this grill new at Home Depot in May of 2018. Had a few issues but this week I went to move the grill-it’s on casters. One of the casters buckled because it was completely rusted/rotted out-see pictures. Really disappointed, bought for what looked good and “made in USA”. The grill I had before This lasted 10 years and it was an import. I would stay away. Grill looks good to start but is not durable. Labels on knobs are also going. If you looking at this versus the Weber and hoping to save $$. Don’t.

Junk - good for a little while, then rust destroys burners. Worthless "lifetime" warranty that excludes the "rust" problem. Emails to company are rejected - The rejection email says: "Warning: message 1jsaaC-0011F3-5G delayed 48 hours" I got this rejection notice 3 times in the last 3 days - looks like they have a lot of emails to deal with - I wonder why. Cost of ownership before it becomes useless junk is about $35/month ($634/18 months). Buy a real grill.

I bought this because of the features and reviews without seing it and I am very disapointed with the finish.

Was amazed how easy it was to assemble as bulk of grill comes put together. Each time I have grilled on it thus far the food is perfectly cooked and the window makes for easy viewing. Great grill

There are two different versions of the grill, the outdated grill that the company trying to get rid off and the improved one with electronic igniter. Embers Grill customer service did intentionally mislead Home Depot sales representatives requesting information about the type of grill they will provide to them. They confirmed that the grill the Home Depot wil receive from them and subsequently ship to me will be the newest model, however, that was not the case and I ended sending the old defective model I received back to Home Depot . The company customer service is poor and their claim to provide 24/7 support is untrue. The old grill received has a design defect that well not allow the burners to adjust to low sitting when used with natural gas.I am not sure if this is the case with propane gas as well. The burners knobs are very fragile and made from weak materials,they do fall apart easy. This gives you an idea about their poor quality control. I ended placing another order with a different supplier in hope of getting the newest model. Though, I successfully was able to get the one I wanted, it came out of the box with dents and broken knobs as well. After desperate attempts trying to reach customer service. I was not happy with they way the handled these concern, and I ended returning the second grill back. In conclusion, the grill design is nice, however, poor customer service and quality control inspection gives it a one star. After all, I need to invest in a company that backs and stands behind their products.

After two weeks my grill is starting to rust, especially the screws, also my thermometer is fogging up. I keep the grill covered. So I don't know how long this grill will last in the Florida heat and sun. Very disappointed about the rusting screws and thermometer. It was easy to put together and seem to be cooking well. But for the price and it's starting to rust after two weeks, I don't know if it's worth the price. May want to look for a better grill such as Weber.

The grill pictured on the website (and the 3 Embers website) don't show the current model of the grill. There is now an ignition button on the right, you no longer click and hold the knobs to light the grill as shown in the videos. To make it more confusing the side burner does not connect to the ignition button (even though the ignition button and side burner knobs are right next to eachother). The side burner still requires you to push and hold. I only found this out after calling support, I thought the side burner was broken. These changes are not reflected anywhere, website, manual, etc. The only other change I have noticed is the drawers are not soft close anymore. Who knows what other corners have been cut to save a few dollars? Have they switched out the type of stainless steel? Will it last as long? No clue. I am really unhappy with the purchase; I would not have bought this model had I known about the change to the ignition system.

Researched bbq’s to death. Difficult to find quality that doesn’t cost a mint. Most Weber’s are now Chinese built unless you fork out 1500+ for their USA built models. I’ve had 2 Broil Kings, and they just don’t last. I stumbled upon this 3 embers and thought I’d give it a try since it met all of my criteria other than being built in North America. Easy assembly and seems very sturdy. This bbq is heavy! I put it together myself in a couple hrs. Unboxing was the most time consuming. 2 ppl wouid have been much easier. So far (cooking on it for past 2 months) I’m very impressed. Hits 600F in sub zero temps no problem. Looks great, feels great, has the power and design to cook great. Highly recommended!

I bought two top of the line Nexgrills and was very unhappy with the quality and workmanship so I ended up taking them both back to Home Depot. I was on my way to purchase a Prestige Pro Grill for $2200 when I stopped by the Tractor Supply and happened to see the 3 Embers Grill they had on display. I looked it over, read the reviews, the quality of the 3 Embers Grill was as good if not better than the $2200 grill. The 3 Embers grill is TOP QUALITY, and I couldn't be happier. In addition the customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend this grill and give it 5 STARS. Check out the grill marks the the steak I grilled last night.

The grill was easy to assemble but it was a little complicated when connecting the side burner. The instructions weren’t very specific and had a little trouble with following the directions since it only had pictures and no wording.

Except for the side burner, the grill was pretty easy to put together. The grill is quality thru and thru. I hooked everything up, tested it for leaks, and fired it up to burn off any residual oil as stated it the instructions. Within 20 minutes the needle was on the peg at 700 degrees. My old grill that I was replacing couldn't hit much over 400 degrees in a half hour. If you follow the directions on how to slowly open the gas bottle and how to push in the knob while you slowly rotate it you will not have any problem having a hot grill in a short time. This grill is worth every penny.

Very nice grill. I was looking at a Weber until I saw the price for a new Weber with a side burner. This has excellent reviews on grilling sites. Ships on a pallet, weighs over 200 lbs so it is solid. Assembly was pretty easy, just attach side pieces and install grates. It gets very hot, 600 degrees at least. The cooking window is nice and seems to stay clean. The LED knobs are handy for a quick check of on or off. Highly recommended.

Easy assembly, the grill is heavy, two persons are needed for placement to your desired area. Great quality, and look. It gives our deck a new look. I used the gas conversion kit and it get hot to 600F. No sticking on the cooking surface. Love the lights around the gas knobs.

This grill is easy to use, is very attractive and is extremely well made. Assembly was easy in spite of the fact that the instructions consist only of pictures. Luckily, the pictures are well done so following them without narrative turned out to be pretty straightforward. The assembly process itself was well designed, making it easy for one person to properly align edges and surfaces without help. My wife spent about two minutes helping me roll the grill off its shipping pallet using a makeshift plywood ramp. After that, I was on my own and was able to unpack everything and complete the assembly in less than an hour and a half. A “leading consumer magazine” rated this grill highly for the eveness of its cooking, the speed of its preheating and the sturdiness of its construction. These were the primary reasons for my buying this and I have not been disappointed. This is a really nice grill!

First off you will love this grill! It is well made and cooks very nicely. My only complaint is with the handling of the damaged back panel that 3 Embers tried to replace but through no fault of their own, came via UPS completely destroyed. I tried calling 3 Embers, left messages but have not heard back from them. I was amazed that the grill wasn't completely damaged when I picked it up at Home Depot, there were foot prints on top of the box. 3 Embers does a great job in packing the grill but you can't account for idiots who don't care about the product they handle or facilities they work at.

This grill is awesome. It was easy to set up when it arrived. The directions were easy to follow. The grill lights easy. I grilled steaks on it and they were done perfectly.

I was skeptical in going from a big charcoal grill to a gas grill. My previous experiences on gas grills wasn't good. I looked at many other grills even more expensive than this one but I kept coming back to this one. I went ahead with the Three Embers because of all the positive reviews and it has some great features for the the money. I must say the Three Embers exceeded my expectations. Putting it together was easy. They have a video that shows everything. It grills very hot and is so easy to use. I fire it up 5-10 minutes before I want to start and let it do the work. It grills fairly evenly, and does a great job on the grill marks and color. You get some minor flames from drippings but not enough to burn anything. It adds a little sear to it. In fact it is fun to see the flames through the window. I thought the window was going to be gimmicky but it is not. It is a really cool feature because you can see the steaks cook and the glow of the flames through the mesh heat tents. The first steaks and chicken were great and I didn't miss the smoke taste. Cleanup is easy and there was no smoke, charcoal bags or lighter fluid. I see us using this grill more than our charcoal grill because it is so easy.

I ordered my grill on-line without ever seeing it. Assembly took me about an hour and took some effort. I like the appearance and it seems to be well made. It has diffusers over the burners that eliminates direct flames on the cooking surface. It took me a while to figure out how to use the grill but now that I have, I do like it's cooking. It cooks very evenly and I am happy with it. I like the grill marks cooked into my steaks and the grill has to be preheated to get the grates hot enough before putting the steaks (or burgers) on the grill. I did have one burner that worked intermittently and I contacted the manufacturer, they quickly sent me a new control for the burner. I have had my grill for 2 months now and I am happy with the purchase and glad I did not spend much more money on another brand.

I waited to write a review until I had thoroughly tested this grill. I have grilled salmon, steaks, pork, and chicken and I can say that this grill beats the heck out of my old Weber. The old grill had "hot spots" but my new 3 Embers grills incredibly evenly. All of my meat has turned out moist and no one gets an overdone steak from the "back right side"! My favorite feature is the glass window in the front. You don't have to open the lid and let the heat out to see what's going on inside. I have never seen another grill with this feature. Also, there have been a few occasions where I forgot to turn off my old grill. That will never happen with the blue LED knobs on the 3 Embers grill . I can just look out the window and see instantly whether or not the grill is off. Aside from being an excellent grill, the 3 Embers product has some innovative features that have tremendously improved my overall grilling experience. This is an exceptional grill for the price.

This is an excellent grill! Putting it together is a breeze. It is mostly assembled when you purchase it. You only need to install the side shelves, insert the heat tents and place grates in place. The BBQ weights about 170 pounds. This thing is solid. The cooking grates are solid stainless steel. Many grills are just stainless steel coated and warp or bend. This happened to my old Kenmore grill. The lid is very heavy too. Much heavier than other grills in the same price range. It takes about 14 minutes to reach 700 degrees (needed for a good sear on a steak). Heating is very even. I did have a problem with a defective hinge and knob, but when I contacted customer service by email, they called me back in an hour and then shipped a replacement the same day. Be careful placing stuff in the top draw while the grill is on. Stuff in the draw can get hot. I had my cleaning brush in there and it was very hot when I took it out. Not start a fire hot, but hot.

I've owned this grill for about 3 weeks now and I couldn't be happier. It is hands down the best grill I've ever had the pleasure to use. It cooks more like a professional appliance than a primitive firebox, and the results are outstanding. You will love the consistent heating, the ability to easily reach 700 degree temperatures when warming it up, the see-through window (tip: clean with ceramic stove cleaner if it ever gets too dark), the ultra-insulated top, the lighted controls (LED), the torch start (not just spark), and most of all the results. I would highly recommend.

Received my grill last week, used it all weekend and WOW!!!! Extremely easy to assemble (less than 30 min), very well constructed and cooks better than any other grill I have had in the past. Favorite feature are the lights on the knobs. You've got to try this grill.

Have this grill approx 4 years. The rust is ridiculous - the hinges are completely rusted. The unit was great at the start but now produces no heat, we do not live in an ocean area of Nor Cal. Very disappointed as now I can’t use the unit as it does not heat up. Burners and covers are not stainless or at least have the most minimum level that the heat from the early use has changed the metal and caused them to loose all structure. The pins thru the walls that support the burner covers have rusted out also. Garbage.

This is my second one first one lasted 7 years which I find good considering how often it was used during that time period. Price was also very good here compared to other places selling same product.

This was a great grill for the first year. Now the flavor bars, frame, and drip tray are rotting out after 3 years!! Now it isn't covered by warranty! Lighted knobs don't work. I have done everything the manual said to maintain it. I even bought the cover for it when new. Side burner has never burned right even after an adjustment. Save your money and get something else!
