doubled sided tape - stick on both sides if needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received a sample of this product from 3 m, which I never used before. I find it would be handy if I needed to stick both sides as it is has the attributes of the classic tape, but with both sides.

A two sided tape that works
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was shipped a free Scotch double sided tape from 3M to review and I used it to see if it worked taped the back cardboard that was on the original tape dispenser to a piece of paper to see how it works and it held nicely. I like the ease of use that this product has being a double sided tape.

More than I expected!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from 3m to review and I was surprised. It makes everything look neater and because it is stronger than regular tape you use less product. Actually, I used some on an uneven wall and it worked much better than regular tape!!

Very sticky
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this from 3M in exchange for my honest opinion. First off I must say it is very sticky. Holds very well. This came just in time as I have a dry erase marker set for my white board and had no way to stick it to our white board. When I received this I thought this might work just right. My wife had doubts but i said lets give it a shot. We stuck the marker on the white board and is still holding almost a week later no sign of turning loose. The only complaint is that it is a bit hard to tear.

Excellent Tape Works great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did receive this to try out for a review and I Love this tape, I work from home and I do alot of shipping and packaging, and I use tape OFTEN This tape has shown me I do not have to use as much cause the stick on it is great. I will definetly purchase this in the future. I have one small complaint and that is I feel the spool the tape is attched to is not as strong as the tape itself, seems a but flimspy and unsupportive.

Works better than expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Double Sided tape from 3m to try, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I have tried doubled sided tape on past projects, and it didn't hold well. I was expecting to be disappointed again but this tape was stickier than the tapes I had tried before. I tested this out on a scrapbooking project, and it worked like a charm! Even after I misaligned a photo and had to peel it off and restick it, the tape still adhered well the second time. This tape has great hold on both sides!

Fantastic strength for projects!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just had a big project to help my daughter with for school. She had to produce a poster board for a mock marketplace. We used this Scotch Double Sided Tape for adhering all items to the poster board. 3M have me a free sample of this product to evaluate. It was so much easier than looping tape together or messy glue. The items stayed put and even survived the bus ride home!

FANTASTIC PRODUCT!

We were doing some banners for our son's birthday, and had to tape small paper onto slightly larger paper. We did 22 squares, and the amount of tape that could be dispensed, and the stickiness of the tape was excellent.
The tape went on smooth, attached the two pieces of paper perfectly, and it looked as smooth as possible.
overall, fantastic product, goes on smooth, stays on the product and is perfect for products and wrapping presents!!

My favorite tape to use! Great for scrapbooks!
My favorite tape to use! Because this tape is double sided and is great for scrapbooks, school projects, paper crafts and wrapping gifts too. Gives holiday gifts and paper crafts a smooth seamless look! I used this tape to hold the decorated details on my presents and for the multi layered artwork (shown on the wall) for the Most Gifted Wrapper Contest for the Ellen Show. This tape even saved me in a pinch when my pant hem got caught on my heel. I used this tape to mend my pant seam until I had a tailor fix my hem again.

Can't teach without this tape!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Each year I purchase at least 6 rolls of Scotch Permanent Double Sided Tape. This tape serves multiple purposes in the classroom when it comes to hanging things. The tape works well on cinder block walls. Most importantly, it keeps sight words in place all school year (or longer). The only time I apply new tape is when I accidentally touch it with wet hands.

HELLO 3M
FOR GOODNESS SAKE! THIS IS RIDICULOUS. ALL THAT 3M HAS TO DO IS HAVE INSTRUCTIONS TO PULL OUT AND DISCARD THE FIRST 8” AND THROW IT AWAY BEFORE YOU REACH THE “DOUBLE STICK” TAPE. WHY HASN’T A COMPANY LIKE 3M FIGURED IT OUT SO THE CUSTOMER DOESN'T GET DISGUSTED WITH THEIR PRODUCT (S)??

WORST scotch product!
This is the WORST scotch product Double Sided Tape, IMPOSSIBLE to use. DO NOT PURCHASE. You can’t remove the grossly layer. No INSTRUCTION.

Not very strong
Tried to use this to mount photos to a poster board. The photos began popping off after about an hour. Also tried to use it to attach a small object to a refrigerator and after a few minutes the object fell to the floor. Not certain what it can be used for, but it didn't work for me. Other scotch products have worked in the past so I was surprised at this one.

Double sided tape wont peel protective layer
Can't separate the non-stick layer. I've waste 1/2 a roll trying to peel off the protective layer

Must pull out 8 inches before you can use it.
I would have given up on this product until I found the review that said you have to pull it out 8 inches before it is double sided. I don't know why Scotch doesn't write that on the protective strip?

Bad directions , good product after much frustrati
The directions are sadly lacking I had to google to find out 8 inches had to be removed to get to the double side I spent too much time trying to figure it out . A friend gave me some Alien tape.... worked but was really too thick. Once I got proper directions it worked well. Put better directions on packaging.

Terrible product
I bought this to put up posters slightly smaller than legal paper. Used at least 7 2-inch size pieces on each poster. The posters keep falling off of the wall.

No Instructions!
Rating is based in the poor instructions on how to get the roll started; I should have to Google how to start a roll of tape!

Non-starter
I bought this tape yesterday to mount some photographs. After half an hour, I had to give up. It was impossible to remove the protective lining.

ONLY one side sticky!

Excellent 2 sided Adhesive

It is a great adhesive for a whole host of products like Whiteboard erasers, small artifacts and others that need to be hung from various surfaces. Great for pictures.

It keeps my pictures from slipping out of place. It was very easy to use and the dispenser was light weight. It was easy to conceal because it was clear tape. It gives it a professional quality. I will definitely use it again on my future projects.

This tape is great for scrapbooking

An Amazing Little Sticker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Scotch Double-Sided Tape is an amazing sticky tool.
It is amazingly easy to dispense into small pieces, when needed.
And this tape is manageable even when you need to use much larger pieces.
I am also thrilled that the tape stays attached for a long period of time as I live in Louisiana and we deal with Rain and Humidity on a daily-basis.

double sided tape is the bomb
