Some small initial cracks became larger and longer 4 days after I installed it with no loading on...
Some small initial cracks became larger and longer 4 days after I installed it with no loading on it. I installed it the same day I bought it so that any warpage would be minimized. It will work fine for my average looking deck.

I bought several for a project. They were all straight...
I bought several for a project. They were all straight and not cracked. One was clear, but it was *so much heavier* than the others. I put the moisture meter on them. The others topped out at 14%, but the super heavy one was 100%. Never run through the kiln, perhaps? Soaked outside?

Solid piece of lumber. It can always be better...
Solid piece of lumber. It can always be better but unless you are willing to cough up more money this is pretty good for the cost. Using it to support a custom 220 gallon aquarium under the sub floor may be overkill but when dealing with that much water overkill is standard for a whole list of reasons.
