Crappie! Short on length and width and very thin. Didn’t have time to return, workers were being paid by the hour and cement truck was ordered. I hope the give some support.

Best tomato cage
By overlapping the outside squares of a remesh sheet, one can make a tomato cage 42" tall by 2' in diameter.
One needs to secure the cages, while avoiding unnecessary steps. The work goes faster if one makes a jig. There is no need to cut to the remesh sheet itself.
Sixteen 8" UV Cable Ties for outdoor use will secure a cage quicker than wire, and outlast the cage itself.
My jig used two 5.5" lengths of 2x4, attached to a board to form a 5.5" x 29.5" rectangle, to secure two border squares.

Used to build tall and sturdy tomato cages
I did have to cut the first two cross wires at one of the short ends, that made seven 12" steel tines to drive into the ground to make it very well anchored. After bending into a long roll, I added 12 gage steel wire about a foot long to complete the circle at 12 inch increments. The 10-gage wire makes it very sturdy. The cut pieces of wire, I'll used to connect to deeply driven anchors.

Pretty thin stuff but there is no real weight going on my pad. I always use mesh as an added precaution. I bought one of these and threw in some rebar, an old clothes horse to finish off my pad. You can see my install of the mesh and sakrete concrete mix on You tube.

It wasn't for reinforcing cement, but as a framework for holding up the sunscreen over a walkway by the garage to the back yard. The shorter distance across made the sheet bend so it had strength enough to hold up the fabric over and create a more open walkway with increased wind resistance. It took a few years to come up with the idea, but it works well and should be strong enough against most wind.

I am using this as a trellis in my garden for certain plants such as watermelons, cucumbers, peas, beans and other plants that can grow on a trellis. The down side is the unit has/had rust all over it in the store so I had to use a wire wheel on my hand drill to remove the rust. This is why I only gave it three stars. Even if this was being used in cement it should not be sold with rust all over it. It does have the 4" squares that I want for certain plants so I had to remove the rust.

I have bought this product for several years for fabrication of another product. The size of the mesh squares are relevant. The product used to have 8 squares high and was reduced to seven a few years ago. Now the squares vary from 6" to 5.5", or less. It is sad to pay 3x what I did 8 years ago and get less!

The gauge of wire is much thinner than the others I’ve purchased in the past and the price has doubled, i think hog panels are a better product and does the same job

Better Tomato supports. Read for BEST!
I made used two pieces parallel and then cut 18" for ends and inside. On my raised bed. So, 7'x18" for a row of tomatoes. 10X better than traditional cages. These are raw (rusty and oily) steel. I painted mine green, which isn't easy or cheap. They are 10GA.
But, I'm now going out to buy livestock panels instead. I'm buying the 16'x50". The 8ft is 6ga and the 16ft is 4 ga, and cheaper as well. Heavy galvanized too, so no rust. That, will last me a lifetime. $30 for 16ft, cheap!
