While we absolutely do not question the validity of your claim we're perplexed since all packaging is thoroughly tested by an independent and internationally recognized testing laboratory. Moreover, overall feedback and ratings for this desk have been favorable. While not our intention to pass blame we believe the carton may have been severely mishandled in transit. Nevertheless, it should have been able to endure the most adverse treatment. We sincerely apologize for your unfortunate experience and disappointment and are happy to learn you took advantage of the return privilege.
