Hand held Shower head It is truly the rain shower. No words to describe how good this one is. I went from a standard shower head to this hand held one and it defies description of the amazing difference. Everything about it is as specified and true. It was very simple and easy to install and you got all needed supplies in the box (getting the old one off was the most problematic part). Functionally I find it to be excellent no leaks, easy to switch modes with one hand by using only your thumb. This product has a substantial and steady full stream. It is made out of stainless steel that is highly polished to a chrome finish (it is heavy in hand when you hold it that much heavy that the bracket have problem to hold itself in position) and the grip is really soft and non-slippery, and the hose is super flexible. The hose is made also from stainless steel and the length is 5 feet and it is stretchable to a 7 feet.

Nice Rain Shower This is a decent shower head if you like rain type showers. There are multiple spray settings, but the majority of them are just combinations of similar soft rain-like sprays. There is a center jet spray that produces about a 1 inch spray stream, which is relatively strong, but does not seem to pulsate like another shower head I have. The big lever on the shower face makes it easy to adjust the spray patterns. The hose is long enough and very flexible, even seems to stretch some and I like that. The shower head is relatively heavy/sturdy feeling, and the rubber grips on the handle are very nice. It was easy to install, everything you need is in the box, no tools required. The shower head is relatively heavy, but the bracket is very light plastic. I was afraid to hand tighten it too tight because it felt so light, so I had leaks when I first tried it. However another hand tighten twist and the leaks were resolved. Because the shower head is so heavy, you have to tighten the holder nut quite tight to keep the shower head from "tilting down" due to the weight, but then it makes it difficult to adjust the vertical angle of the shower head if you want to raise or lower it. I gave this shower head a 4 star rating - because it is a decent value if you like rain shower type sprays, but personally, I would not recommend it, because I like a stronger shower, and mainly because of the light weight holder bracket and the difficulty adjusting it to hold up the handle yet remain movable.

I really wanted to like the showerhead but……first the good: The Laguna Multi-Function handheld rainfall spiral showerhead has an extra-long stretchable hose, 6 Inch face and soft-grip handles. It’s also designed in Italy – made? Its hose seems long enough for rising your hair when taking a bath. It has a wide spray pattern and adjustable settings for different spray patterns. The setting dial adjusts with a ratcheting feel as you turn the dial. It has 5 Settings which include “Wide Rainfall, Power Rain, Power Massage, Economy, and Combination.” The shower head has soft grip inserts in handle and rub-clean spiral jets which is nice. The shower head is of high quality and has a nice chrome finish. All of this plus tool-free Installation, 10 year limited warranty and my water pressure seems to have increased a little as I have well water. But this is where it all ends for me…..the bad: The problem is with the very high quality chrome shower head - it’s too heavy. The angle-adjustable overhead bracket can’t handle the weight (e.g. see photos). I finally adjusted it with a channel lock plyer and it did better for a time but eventually it still came down while taking a shower. If you can get it to stay up in time it will come down if you and/or family members are adjusting it to their height. It’s annoying and for that I have to give it a 3 star rating.

This Laguna shower head/hand shower was easy to install and looks nice.It has a no kink hose that attaches by hand and then attaches to the shower pipe,they even include teflon tape.The shower head is plastic with chrome and has 5 setting to suit your needs and there is a nice click to each setting.The hose is stainless and weighty and stays straight with no kinks.This is a nice addition to the bath.

The quality is good. We purchased to replace the same shower head. This one does not seem to spray as hard but otherwise we are happy with it.

Easy to install. Stays in place. Nice water pressure. Easy to turn to different sprays.

It couldn't hold it's position and always falling down when fixed. The head is too heavy and the ball joint is weak to hold it in it's set place.

I was a little hesitant because of the price ( quite low towards other brands) but it seems to be of good quality. Ive only used it once and the spray is very pleasant. So far i am very happy with this purchase. Will be ordering another for my other shower.

Functions well and everything including silicone tape included in package for installation. Appears to be good quality but bracket that holds the showerhead is plastic so can't be sure how long the bracket will last.

Item was as described and easy to assemble.

This hand shower is very easy to install. The couplings each have a rubber washer, making teflon tape unnecessary. I was able to tighten each coupling by hand to get a good seal (no tools required). The hose is metal and hangs nicely unlike plastic hoses that sometimes hold an awkward shape when removed from the packaging. The sprayer adjusts from a narrow, harder pattern to a wide, gentle pattern.

The Laguna 5-Spray Hand Shower with Stretchable Stainless Steel Hose is a chrome shower head that provides a natural soothing and relaxing rain fall experience. It is well designed and built with a SS hose and a chrome finished head assembly that is solid, hopefully providing years of service. However, due to the heft of the hose, hand held use is a little awkward and a stable over head angle positioning depends on how the resting hose is supported by the shower wall.

This is a really nice product. The quality is excellent very well made. the installation directions are very easy to follow so do it yourselfers there is no need to call a plumber. This unit comes with everything needed to install the fixture. it comes with a secured shower head with multiple settings. The stretchable stainlees steel hose hooks to another shower head with more settings.This is a great product.

Nice shower head and hose. The head is supposed to have 5 sprays but it is mostly a hard small spray and a wide softer spray. Maybe over time I will discover the other 3 positions. Anyway, the full spray is very good (might not be low flow however). It was especially easy to install. Included in the package was a small roll of teflon tape. With the washers I did not need to use it but appreciate the attention to detail in case it was required. The hose is stretchable but not all that much.

This 5-SPRAY HAND SHOWER WITH STRETCHABLE STAINLESS STEEL HOSE IN CHROME is well built and a very nice design. Water pressure is great and all of the adjustment provide a different feel.The stretchable stainless hose is way much better then the rubber ones. Allot less coiling of the hose is such a relief no more having to always readjust the angle of the spray head.

Installing this hand sprayer is extremely easy, everything you need comes in the box. This is a big, heavy well-made shower head that produces various patterns from narrow to wide. I like the large switching handle which makes changing shower patterns very easy - definitely a great feature. I do wish they made the hose about a foot longer. Although its somewhat stretchable I'm not comfortable with pulling against the plumbing. The hose is about 60 " longer which is OK for adults, but if your bathing young children or even pets - its just not long enough.
