We felt this stand was inadequate for the unit we bought even though it was recommended. My husband went to our local Home Depot and bought another identical one to fully support our new air conditioner. We felt one stand on each side of the bottom would prevent any tipping or sliding and reduce our stress.

Much easier to install than I thought! My air conditioner feels secure, and I didn't need to use a ladder - it can all be reached from inside the window.

The instructions were very unclear. They want holes drilled in the actual window frame. We ended up doinb something else.

Absolutely a waste of money n time. Thing is a Joke. LoL

So got new windows installed by home depot but the temp is getting hotter lately and the new windows are not designed to hold window ac units fully. I tried to to get this to support the small window ac and the leg isn't long enough to support it. The front of the window has to be perfectly flat so the leg cannot reach the wall or hold into anything. Its basically useless and will have to be returned. I don't think they will have anything that can be of use.

This unit went in fairly easily. The instructions do not flow very smoothly, but are usable. So far it is supporting the unit, rather than the window.

Easy to put together and perfect for supporting the in the wall a/c unit.

Did not need this item and returned it.

Not at all useable with the A/C unit you paired it with. It would probably work with other units. Had to abandon and make my own. Use diligence when ordering.
