I purchased three shades It looks nice and i was very happy what I bought But one of them just fell off grip apart in the evening in two weeks since I installed it Nobody even touched it It’s disappointing and I’d like to get replaced it if it’s possible

I love the blinds and were very easy to hang up but the back part of 3 of the blinds are already coming apart. I’ve only had them up 1 week and will try and fix them or bring them back.

Love how these look. When installing you have to make sure you measure where to drill and that the holes are exactly evenly measured. If not you will have a huge headache putting them up. If measured properly and evenly they just snap it.

Very stylish, easy to assemble, lifts and closes with ease. I used on windows and doors.

Poor quality and detach from headrail. I purchased 8. Achim replaced one shade detatched from the headrail. Now another has detached from a headrail. They will not replace it. When I ordered the shades, the listing said they had a warranty. Achim won't replace the shade and hasn't provided me with the warranty. I feel these shades have not been made properly and more of the shades will likely detatch. I've asked them if there is a defect, and they will not reply. I've asked if there is a way to fix them, and they will not reply. They will not reply to the Better Business Bureau either.

Super impressed. Looked at having a custom shade made in excess of $500 for one shade but needed a quick solution. This not only solved my issue but exceed my expectations. Simply beautiful, practical, and affordable. Tons of compliments and also had a few friends ask where I got this.

I was so excited when these shades arrived. It took only a few days to get delivered to my home and less than 10 minutes for my husband to install these beautiful shades! I am very satisfied with the quality and love how these shades look in my house. I loved them so much that we purchased and installed them in the living room and dining room, 5 windows total. Saved me hundreds of dollars!!

These shades are beautiful and easy to install and operate. Brackets are easy to install and have multiple options for attaching to the window frame. They look into place with an easy snap. Perfect amount of privacy and light filtering for our front bedroom, street facing windows.

These shades were installed a month ago. The look of these shades are upscale and very versatile for my kitchen. I can leave them closed during the heat of the day during summer months to keep the room cooler, leave the shades down and open to see outdoors allowing some light in, or open the shade completely. They are easy to use. I purchased the shades in grey, which is a soft color. During the evening, the color appears intensified and gives the room a warm feeling. I have 6 windows with these shades installed, which completes the look of my kitchen beautifully.

I ordered these online aight unseen and I expected them to be cute but I didn’t expect them to be THIS cute! I can’t believe the price. My daughter wanted a new room for Christmas and these blinds fit right in! I am going to buy several more sets for other rooms of our house! I love the way they operate! And they look very high end. I think these are a tremendous value! Easy installation and no mechanical problems whatsoever plus they look awesome!

This is the second room in my house that I replaced the blinds with Celestial Cordless etc. They are beautiful and admired by all who see them up. they are easy to install and to raise and lower. The best!

Lovely shades! Saw them on another website for a lot more money, but Home Depot had them and I felt comfortable buying them here because it would be a much easier return then on a different website (in case I didn’t like them).

Easy to install and the material is nice. We bought multiple brands and features for our new home and this is by far our favorite one. I was hoping you make them for smaller windows too.
