This product is a nice way to convert your shower into a spa experience. Installation is pretty simple except there are no installation instructions only for removal. Also an important tip, be sure to remove the flow restrictor to insure sufficient pressure to run multi functions. It is located before the temperature valve. I would recommend this product however, nothing beats a real multi jet system plumbed and installed throughout your shower. But this one is efficient and inexpensive. Hopefully it'll last 5 plus years.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We appreciate your positive feedback. Kind regards, Support
Best shower system and allows for multiple functions to work at the same time. At first the water pressure was awful. I tried a different shower head assembly with two heads to make sure water pressure was high enough. It was great pressure. Eventually I ordered a different brand shower system. That one was even worse. Started poking around and found a water restrictor before the diverter manifold. Removed it, re-installed this shower system and it was amazing!!! So much water pressure that I don’t turn the water on the entire way even with multiple functions running at the same time.
Easy to install. Great look!
We were adding a shower to what was a closet, and wanted something that felt higher-end, yet was easy to install. After looking at shower combos that included a mixing valve, this shower system seemed like a good solution for our needs. After having it running for a few months, we're delighted with the decision and would highly recommend it.
Since this was new construction, it was easy for us to run the plumbing for this product. If you're looking to add this on to an existing shower, know that you will have to get behind the wall to properly install your hot and cold lines. The company does make add-on showers for existing plumbing, but this will not work for you.
The rest of the installation was simple. After attaching the hot and cold lines (follow the tips about using an elbow instead of using lines straight out of the wall), we were able to measure and install the mounting brackets. Putting it on the wall was easy.
Many have mentioned water pressure, and they're right -- it's not high enough with the restrictor in the shower. It's easy to remove and is a must-do step if you want to get the most out of it.
Last point -- this was a DIY job. I felt completely comfortable with the process of installation throughout.
My only concern long-term is around some of the plastic parts, which I had originally assumed to be metal. From what I can tell, things will be fine, but you never know how it will look and function over time. Knowing that there are replacement parts available would be helpful.

We installed this in a renovated bathroom in a condo we recently bought that we will eventually rent. We have a similar system at home which is way more expensive but also more powerful. It is easy to install but I ran into fitting problems with the existing plumbing. Anchoring it to the wall was very easy with the specs provided. It is ok for regular showers but don't expect a strong body massage. We have very high water pressure in the building but the pressure reduction in this system is significant and left me and my wife perplex. Packaging was very good and the item was in perfect condition. The design is really nice and we received positive comments on the new shower look with a glass (no door) but if you expect lots of pressure...this might not be the right system for you. But I most say it is perfect for the condo considering the width of the glass panel...it's a walkin-shower (no glass door-only glass panel) and it doesn't spray to much water on the floor.

Hello Andy, Thank you for your purchase. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Per the state of California law, all shower panels come with flow restrictors. If the regulations in your area do not require flow restrictors, they can be removed. Please contact us directly if you would like instructions on removing them. Kind regards, Support
I wasn't too sure what to think when I bought it. I knew if it wasn't up to snuff it was going back, so I rolled the dice. It's been in for 3 days and so far no complaints. The rainfall head is strong enough for me, and the wife. The waterfall is a little less than I expected. The body jets will not strip skin off, but do offer a nice body rinse, and some stimulation. The handheld, or dog washer as my wife calls it, works well, and according to our daughters, can double as a microphone while singing in the shower.
Pressure when running combinations of rain/body etc., drops substantially, but will still provide adequate water flow.
No dings or dents from shipping. So far so good.

Good looking unit, good pressure from all jets.Only issue is the the back of the unit is open at the top, where it curves out. That would not be a problem on a back wall with it pointing out (you would NOT see), but we have on a side wall, so I can see the hoses at the top from the side. A panel I could order and install over the top curved part would be great.
