It was a great install and a great finish look ! We love it!

Exactly what I wanted met every expectation. Very easy to assemble.

I purchased this and installed it within the last week. I installed it by myself but you will need two to lift it and attach it to the supports. It arrived in perfect condition. I tested it before I hung it all worked correctly. I haven't installed the cooktop yet but when I do I will update this.

Arrived damaged. Glass touch panels came unglued. Had to touch up paint on flue chase. Instructions were so small I couldn't read. The unit itself is nice looking and works well. We shall see how it holds up over time.You have to remember that this unit is much less expensive than similar units.

The front was broke off when we received it

This is not black stainless just black paint,No directions for installation.I have been home builder 25 years, we have put up these before but for home owner could be difficultStill the fact it is not black stainless like appliances

I LOVE THE WAY IT LOOKS BUT IT'S TOO LOUD. MY OLD ONE WAS VERY QUIET.

The unit was scratched and the control panel was broken off. Big hassle to deliver it an hour back to the store..

Excellent

I love the product. However, in the Q & As it refers to a ventless installation. This CANNOT be installed ventless. Love the remote which allowed the hood to be installed close to the ceiling in my kitchen which has 7 1/2 foot height. Works great and is fairly quiet. Not whisper quiet, but not as loud as my last hood. The lighting is awesome.

The hood arrived in perfect condition with no dents or scrapes. It is very easy to install. You may want to get the installation instructions on line. The included instructions leave a lot to be desired. I haven't installed the cooktop yet so I can't say how well it works yet. But the lights are great. It has good suction. The controls when off are dark so they don't reflect in the tv in the next room. All in all a thumbs up.

Product met my expectations regarding price and installation. Looks good there were a few little tweaks on installation that really need to be looked at and read very carefully before getting started. Also there's a remote control but nothing in the book talks about remote control nor was there batt

Fairly easy to follow installation instruction. While haven’t had but a few months, works good, acceptable fan noise level and lighting. I had to have a replacement due to large dent and 2nd unit also had small dent. No visible damage to packaging or shipping containers.

I just had it installed yesterday and I love it.
