Amerelle's CENTURY 1 DUPLEX STEEL WALL PLATE - ANTIQUE COPPER is made of stamped steel. It's a simple, traditional style. The statement making part is the antique copper finish. It has a brushed appearance with the copper allowing some black striations to show through. It's an attractive, stylish accent and really makes a room look thought-out and complete. A matching screw is included to make the entire plate very pleasing to the eye. Nice.

We are redecorating our hallway, and we've decided to go with this wall plate. It is a simple design, so it is understated and the antique copper finish makes it stand out in a subtle way.It came with matching screws -- nice touch. The wall plate is made of stamped steel. Very attractive.

I received the Century 3 Decora wall plate cover, in Chrome. It was made well, although the screws that were included with it were not long enough to attach it. So I had to put my painted ones on it. Does not look the best as I had hoped. Maybe I can find some chrome ones at the store. They should definitely put some a little longer in the package for future sales. I had not thought about finger prints from the kids, its like a mirror.

Century 5 Decorator Wall Plate - Oil-Rubbed Bronze I love the update look of this matte surface with the copper highlights showing through on the bottom and top edge of this wall plate. I find decorating with electric wall plates is an inexpensive way to impact the decor of a room and add style update. Everything simply snaps together, but it is very rugged, rigid, highly damage resistant, and does not have to be babied, but servicing it and reassembly if necessary is fast and easy. Hampton bay has a nice selection of them available, not just this one, so have a look at them, along with any of the tools and wiring you may need to install it, all available in the electrical and home automation section at the Home Depot. I like them all very much, both for the style and the “techy” upgrade they represent for my phone and computer equipment.

This Century 2 Toggle 1 Decorator Wall Plate - Polished Brass is a nice way to dress up a wall. If you are looking to match brass door knobs this would be a nice addition. One plate fit perfectly over the triple box, while the identical plate on a different box did not line up. The plates are identical, so the box is at fault. If you like brass, go for it!

Looks terrific and great quality finish but the screws are too small. Matches my other chrome single and double receptacle covers perfectly. If you've ever used decor switches on a three switch box, you probably know it can be hard to get all three to line up properly for the switch cover. The tiny screws included with this plate are hard to handle to get threaded and just don't seem to go deep enough through the raised plate. One of the screws wouldn't even make contact with the switch hole, so I had to take a longer screw from an old plate. Aside from the depth issues, a magnetic flat head screwdriver may help.

Wall plate is beautiful. The color is a bright gold and really brings out the living room. It is heavy and very sturdy. It is well made and adds elegance to the room. It of course is easy to install and I had a cheap one up and the difference is beyond belief! I have received many compliments on it and friends even noticed the difference of this and the cheap one I had. This looks like metal when the cheap one had the look of plastic (even though it was metal). The weight of it shows the quality of the product. 5 stars!

I love brass decorations. So I decided to upgrade from builder grade switch plates to classy brass. The crisp design of this wall plate will go nicely with any decor. This product is a quality item, not flimsy. It has a very shiny finish that reflects its surroundings, so that it will blend nicely with any color scheme. If you are looking to jazz up you living space, this should be something to consider.

I had the opportunity to evaluate this wall plate and found it to exceed my expectations. It is built well and not at all cheap looking like most others I have used. The connections are chromed for long lasting contact even in humid areas. The look is high end and the overall build quality is top notch. I liked it so much I went and purchased several more to match this one

This is much better than the plastic cover that I replaced. I've installed coax cable covers in my house and always hated how the plastic covers look. This cover adds a lot more to the room decor. The coax jack is easy to install and really doesn't need instructions except make sure that you align the small coax coupler into the plastic before you snap it in. You don't want to go in crooked. The rest is very easy to put together just like any other wall plate. I've included a few pictures for you to look at so it may make it easy for you to install. Great product.

I received my Century 1 coax wall plate today, and it is a nice - looking chrome plated cover with a grey insert. I'm moving my modem to a different part of the house for better reception, so this wall plate will work nicely. I have used these Hampton Bay coaxial wall plates before, and they always work, fit and function correctly. Overall this is a reasonably priced, good quality coax wall plate.

A nice looking coaxial wall plate with shinny chrome work that dress up the wall decoration work. A minor assembly is required as its comes in separate parts. But it is no big deal on it. Connector is basical type, not gold plate if you are not mind of it. the plastic body is normal plastic work, there nothiing indicate it made of what kind of plastic. On the whole, it can say it is NOT a high end product, but normally it is good enough for you can install it around your house. Especially, it is not expensive.

I have an old five-gang wall switch box that I have wanted to replace with an updated wall plate that has rocker switches rather than the old style toggle switches. I found this nice oil-rubbed bronze wall plate through Home Depot. I also purchased rocker switches and a LED compatible dimmer switch to replace the toggle switches. Installation was very easy and the finished result looks great. It is made with stamped steel so it is reasonably priced compared to other wall plates costing many times more. Very satisfied.

I picked-up this 2-blank wall plate to replace an old ceiling fan switch wall plate. Of course it fit perfectly and looks great. Although the switch blank is now behind a picture, I wanted to use an attractive wall plate in case we remove the picture sometime in the future. The polished brass of this plate is exceptional and I expect it to remain that way for many years. Nice product.

The mounting screws on this plate are less than 1/2 the thread length of regular mounting sets. IMPOSSIBLE to hold or install. VERY disappointed.

Excellent investment to improve the image of your home

It was perfect. It arrived in store ahead of schedule and in good condition.

It didn’t exactly fit properly and the screws weren’t long enough so I had to find appropriate screws. I used to get these from Restoration hardware (pricey), but they don’t carry them anymore. It is up on the wall and ok, but the issues were frustrating. I hope it maintains its shine and doesn’t rust as the previous on from HD had.

Easy to install & looks good with Queen Ann furnishings.

Plate looks beautiful but the screws that come with the plate do not fit.

I like the design and the color of this product it's nothing that I don't like about it I've had it for 2 months now and it made all my expectations

Looks more black in person, minus the rubbed off parts on the top and bottom. The screws are REALLY short, so if the box is farther back you'll have to use different screws. Great clean/fresh look.

Screws are small, but this switch plate was easy to install. Protective film peels easy, too. Looks great against bathroom tile!

We had purchased other wall plates from this collection for our home, but the store did not carry this combo. Found it easily online and happily ordered it. Looks great!

Looks wonderful. Quality Brass. Only gripe is the screws are very short to mount to switch. Screws just make it so no issues mounting.
