I purchased this faucet 3 or 4 years ago. I never heard of this manufacturer but took a chance based on sleek style , specifications and price. I hired a professional to install it and I seem to remember there was some sort of minor issue. I think we needed a part that wasn’t included. Once installed and running, I loved this faucet. It had all the features I wanted and had a nice strong water flow on both settings and seemed very high quality. About a year ago I had a new hot water tank installed which required the water main to be turned off. When it was turned back on, the water pressure for the standard flow decreased significantly, it did not effect the sprayer function. Very strange and the professional I hired tried to correct the problem with minimal success. It has gotten somewhat better over time, but has not returned to the original flow. Fast forward, I am now doing a kitchen remodel on our vacation home. I ordered this faucet again online hoping it is the exact same as the old one and that my previous flow issue was just a fluke. I have received the faucet the other day but it won’t be installed until end of January 2020 when we return to our vacation home. I’m hoping that the install goes smoothly this time and there will be no issues. Are there any additional parts that I need to buy for the install? Can I return it in February should I have any issues with it?

Instructions were easy to follow if you have no experience installing faucets. But this faucet was very easy to install. It's heavy, sturdy and really looks good on my sink and countertop. It changes from spray to jet stream and is the perfect height even though it looks like it may be too tall. My only concern is after so long with it being chrome will it start to peel or discolor.

I am extremely disappointed with this faucet. The copper hot and cold water tubing that is factory connected to the faucet does not come down far enough to allow an easy installation. Because of this, I had to make the service line connections to the faucet tubing BEFORE the faucet was inserted into the hole in the sink. Once this is done, the threaded metal piece that holds the faucet tight against the sink (from the underside) cannot be slid onto all the hoses and tubing as there simply isn't enough room for the two copper tubes and the three hoses and there isn't enough room in the upper part of my sink cabinet to use two crescent wrenches and see what I'm doing. I've installed many kitchen faucets similar to this one and every one of them had either tubing or already factory attached braided hoses that came down far enough into the cabinet to allow me to have enough room to make the connections. I suppose I could install this faucet but I'm not going to spend the amount of time necessary to make the connections and I'm not going to deal with the associated frustration and aggravation. I put it back in the box and I'll store it somewhere. If I decide to use it in the future I'll pay someone to install it because quite frankly, I'm not going to deal with it. There's nothing wrong with my current faucet so I'll continue to use it. Another gripe I have is that the included rubber washer is designed to be used with the included sink plate, which cannot be used on my sink. There's no thick washer included that would go between the faucet and the sink when no plate (base) is used. I honestly can't recommend this product to anyone. It's a very nice faucet but its not worth the time and effort to install it. Of course, not everyone has a large waste disposal and dishwasher connections in their sink cabinets so for them it would probably be an easy installation, provided they don't need instructions. Also, the instructions (which I don't need) are very poor.The instructions are nothing but pictures, which would make it very confusing for someone who has never installed one of these before.

This has a very rounded, curvy design which I think is really nice. It has a lifetime warranty to the original owner which is good. This faucet doesn’t come with the water supply lines like all other faucets I’ve seen do. I think it is a negative that you have to go out and buy items before you can install it. It is possible that if you are replacing a faucet then you will have the supply lines already. This faucet does come with a base plate that you can use to cover any extra holes in the sink, which most faucets don’t come with. It also doesn’t come with a soap dispenser which may faucets do. You need to check out the details and make sure you are getting what you need.

As someone who will use this new faucet, I am very pleased with its functionality and looks (5 out of 5). The pull out spout can turn in relation to hose, like having a joint there, which is very handy if you don’t want to pull out too much. However, the installation does not deserve more than 3 out of 5. a) Because of the material used for gasket – too flexible and bendable. It pooled inside by the nut while tightening and no way can it lay flat as intended. It is NOT watertight. We had to put in lots of plumber putty to make sure that no water goes underneath it. And b) because the length of water supplies connection tubes has made the installation extremely difficult. Unless there is no sink installed, the tool has to fit into that tight space between the sink and wall and turn the nuts (maybe 2-3 degrees for each turn). Our old faucet (see comparison pictures) had these water supply tubes twice as long, which enabled the installer to make turns below the sink. Looks and installation together gives 4 out of 5.

Product arrived and I was excited for the installation of this new pull down faucet. From the time I opened the package I could tell the faucet was carefully packaged. I included a photo of the packaging. The faucet is made of good quality, the hoses are of good quality and is also sturdy. The instructions are very simple to follow. This is a DIY project, if you have some handy work skills. The removal of the old faucet and install of the new faucet took about 45 minutes. It has a nice Euro style look, which adds a nice touch to the sink. The faucet plate will cover a sink with three holes. The functionality of the faucet is nice and smooth. The pull down nozzle works flawlessly and has great water pressure from the sprayer and is easy to control. Another nice feature is how easily it cleans with a microfiber cloth. I’ve been using the faucet for a few days now and really like it. Wish I had replaced the original builders faucet much earlier. Only con is the small black push button on the nozzle. The button could be chrome as well. The button is on the backside of the nozzle and can hardly be seen. This is not a deal breaker because the faucet looks fresh and is a nice upgrade. Overall this is a good functioning faucet which I recommend. I’ve included a few pictures of the faucet installed and running.

Very nice faucet. It is beautiful as well as functional. Chrome finish is excellent. The operation is so smooth when moving from side to side or turning the water on and off. Gives you a sense of real quality. The spray nozzle comes out far enough to handle any job you may have in your sink. Installation was a breeze. Unlike some other ANZZI faucets I have installed, the supply lines are not installed when received. It has copper lines with 1/2" MIP fittings so you will need to get some lines in whatever length you require. Other than that everything is included.

I was pleased when I opened the box containing the kitchen faucet. The chrome finish and construction was of the highest standards. All the parts are laid out in a good order so you could understand how it is installed. You need a second person to set new faucet in place, holding deck plate and gasket and faucet in place while you install plastic base and gasket assembly and lock nut and tighten in place. I installed new supply lines. Finish by hooking up sprayer quick connect; check to see where the weight has to be installed to retract sprayer. Good idea to remove spray head and flush lines and faucet of any junk in lines. Reinstall spray head and enjoy for many years. We like the control of mixing between hot and cold water.

Beautiful faucet! I love this new kitchen faucet as it has a nice look, high spout and a pull out sprayer. The faucet turns easily side to side, high so there's plenty of room between the water and what we're washing like tall pots. Good water pressure too. I appreciate how the pull out sprayer has plenty of length to pull out and the weight makes it easy to retract. The sprayer is a knob to easily aim compared to a longer handle that's not as easy to aim where I want it. We had a handy man friend install it for us, it was a little tricky only because of our existing sink which is a typical double stainless sink. The area under and behind the sink was a tight area to work in. This came well packaged and in a gorgeous box! We're very pleased with this kitchen faucet! Now I see we need a new sink to look just as good!!!

Excellent craftsmanship shows in this kitchen faucet. The polished chrome finish is bright and flawless. Installation instructions are simple and straight forward. I acquired this pull down sprayer faucet to install in an outdoor kitchen project. The sprayer has two spray selections and pulls down easily and smoothly. The sprayer hose is weighted (underneath the sink) and retracts back into position with little effort. The on/off, hot/cold single handle works smoothly and precisely with just one hand. The all metal body and brass threaded mounting installs firmly on the countertop (or sink). Waterflow is more than adequate with a flow rate of 1.5 gpm. The spout is a nice size with a 9 inch reach. A matching deck plate is included which allows it to be installed in 3 hole sink applications, or it can be installed in a single hole configuration. Faucet has a high end appearance at a good price point. It comes with a lifetime warranty for residential use.
