I have been trying since last June to get a hose replaced. It was and still is under warranty. It's junk, don't by any Aqua Joe products.

Two hoses broke within a year
I have now had two different hoses which developed holes with light use within a year of purchase. The second one I stored inside all winter as I thought freezing temps may have caused the failure but sure enough as soon as I got this second hose out for spring it was leaking on the first use. The warranty is dubious and they will do everything they can to not honor it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

      Constantly Kinks
I have never owned a hose that kinks so much. I have to constantly stop and take the kinks out while trying to wash my truck. Waste of money!!

          Did not last 42 days
Purchased 42 days ago. Has a burst about 8’ from nozzle end. Registered the product at time of purchase having a hard time believing it would last two years like stated on the big bold print. Well it didn’t last 42 days of standard back yard gardening work and I can’t figure why they ask you to register the product as they insist on original receipt at warranty claim

With the warranty, you get a new hose every month!
Despite minimal and gentle use, these hoses rupture every 4 weeks. Luckily, they are all replaced with the warranty. I’m on my fourth hose. The company will not refund my initial purchase price.

              Lightweight Hose
I purchased this hose for the lightweight of it, first time I used it was watering my hydrangeas out on the patio. The supply end of the hose was hooked to a timer set for two minutes, the other end was placed at the base of the plant with an open end. Worked OK. Today 09-24-2023 I moved hose to the front yard to water dry spots Total failure of this hose. This was the first time the hose actually had pressure on it as I had a spray nozzle on the male end. Very poor quality hose.

                Junk hose
I have had two of aquajoe hose fail in 3 months. Would not buy any of these hoses

                  It lasted 3 months
It leaked after just 6 months. I repaired the leak (see picture) and then after 1 month a new leak popped up in another place (see picture). It would not worth it even at one third of its price, my experience was a complete waste of money and time.

                    Dont Recommend
Had two separate hoses fail. First hose failed after ~6 months and the 2nd hose failed within a month of purchasing. This hose just doesnt seem to hold up to normal wear and tear.

                      Didn't last two months
We bought hoping to find an alternative to the popular flex hose; which has only gotten worse and more cheaply made each year. This one was MUCH worse. It split and began leaking in 45 days. Pure garbage.

                        Leaks
Only used the hose for two weeks (to simply water my lawn) and now has two massive leaks. Description says it will not kink, well it kinks just like any other water hose I have ever used. Any company can make a product look good by putting persuasive wording on a box, but this product is certainly not worthy of a purchase. I would certainly not suggest this to anyone looking to buy a water hose.

                          Terrible Hose
Had the hose for about a year. Do not have my original receipt (so no proof of when I purchased the hose from Home Depot). I've used the hose maybe 10 times for small jobs that require something longer than my 25ft hose. It's now leaking from the inner tube. Completely worthless. Don't buy.

                            Not worth $45.00
The hose is light enough and allows enough water to flow. It is not supposed to kink. It does and the flimsy inner hose has broken in 3 places. I registered my hose upon purchase. I have chatted with the service center and still haven’t received that email.

                              Easy to use
Best hose I’ve had. It’s easy to pull out and put away and with 100 ft, I can water to the curb from 115 feet away. I purchased two for front yard and back deck and area. have a heavy duty hose for way back in the trees. Haven’t used the back one yet because I need another container so I don’t ruin it. Love my Aqua Joe!!

                                Leaks leaks leaks
The hose lasted about 2 weeks before leaking from the area between the hose and its end. One week later a leak formed about 5 feet in from one end. In a day, it went from small leak to full failure. All of this from very light use watering a small garden. 0 stars. Will never buy again.

                                  Flimsy Material Rips Easy
Had this hose for 3 weeks max and it started leaking. I examined the area of the leak and determined that a miniscule amount of "scuffing" against a plastic slop sink basin wore a hole in the hose. I was totally shocked that this thing broke after being used indoors only! I had to write this review to express my disappointment and frustration with the poor quality of this hose!

                                    Horrible quality - massive leaking
I bought this hose and am very disappointed. It leaks a lot. I have made sure the connections are the best they can be but no luck, it still leaks at both ends. I tried another hose to make sure my connectors are good and have no problem at all. I will be returning this one. Don’t waste your time or money.

Had the pleasure of having this hose for a whole 7 days. Ripped and it’s now leaking. I got what I paid for I supposed.

                                        Hose split in 2 days
Split at the seam within a few days of using. The couplings held fine and don't leak (which is usually the culprit with hoses) but this one has a seam down the center that can be compromised.

                                          Very disappointing!
Was initially thrilled with my purchase of 2 hoses. The hose is lightweight and not prone to kinks. Shortly after purchase, one hose got a leak. Aquajoe immediately replaced. This summer the second hose has a leak. I don’t know if this is common but would not purchase again.

                                            Aqua Joe 100ft firehouse failed
Thought this would be the last flexible lightweight hose I would buy. Seemed great. Used it twice. Just looked down and 18 inches from the male end it has a leak in the jacket. So I called the customer service line and I am now on hold for over 20 minutes. It’s going back to Home Depot. And yes. It’s the last Chinese flexible hose I will buy. Not good.

3 hoses. 3. Not one, not two, but 3 hoses for sprinklers were setup in the yard. ALL THREE over the course of a week popped/broke/leaked for no apparent reason. Just poor build quality.

Horrible hose! Developed Leak 4th time using!!
I purchased the AquaJoe 50 ft. Kink-free Fiberjacket Garden Hose to wash down my bicycle on my deck. On the 4th time using, it developed a leak about 2 feet from the end (see phots). This hose never came into contact with anything sharp-- it was only used on a smooth deck. TERRIBLE QUALITY. I am now on a 12 minuted hold with AquaJoe warranty customer service. So I';m writing this review while on a long hold. Waste of time and money, look elsewhere for a decent hose.

I purchased 3 of these last year - May 2022. In the first few months - 2 sprung leaks. Now almost a year later than the original date of purchase the last one has sprung a leak too. I tried to get them replaced with the no questions asked policy. I had to send them a video, which I did. Then I had to send a second video - which I did. I never heard back. Don't waste your money.

I am on my second Aqua Joe and it just sprung a leak. The first hose was replaced easily by customer service but the replacement sprung a leak within 6 times of use! We are very careful with the hose, we definitely didn't overuse it and we stored it in the garage out of the elements. I would recommend buying something else!

Did I just buy the worst hose in history???
Bought at the of the season last year and I couldn’t wait to try it out…ahh the disappointment. First off, it kinks, worse than any truck stop adult store magazine rack ( don’t know what I mean, go to Evanston WY ) Second, it has a mind of its own , google fireman gets owned by hose. Thirdly, it hardy indestructible. My goat head weeds have effortlessly turned this into a soaker hose ( see my jeans 20 years from now ). I guess the kinks don’t matter much now…

                                                        hose developed leaks
Our hose sprung a leak a foot from the inket connection after limited use less than one year after purchase. This hose was never great as, even with good pressure and flow, it required two hands to operate with full flow - one hand on the nozzle - another 6 - 12 inches away to keep the hose from kinking.

This hose is fine with a few big ifs
This hose does not do well if exposed to the elements and constantly pressurized. If you want a hose that takes abuse, go with conventional rubber. I use hose reel boxes to store my hoses. These boxes use plastic parts and don’t deal well with heavy rubber hoses. A light duty, collapsible hose works really well for this application. I always drain and remove pressure before reeling it in. I did have one of these burst but left it outside and pressurized. A contractor ran over it with his truck.

First off, if you are buying because it has a two year warranty, dont fall for it. Purchased two hoses June 2021, first hose failed burst multiple locations as the (fiber cover) does nothing to prevent it, second hose failed last month and I submitted both for warranty claim that has yet to be responded to. Customer service is non-exsistant and both hoses failed in a similar manner even though care was taken to use them carefully, stored on a reel, and never stored with pressure in the hose.
