My a/c went down for a couple of days. my house was 92 degrees. I wanted to cool off one room, 12 x 14 ft, to make myself comfortable with two Arctic Airs, and fans. The arctic air decices required too much prep, and too much to maintain the usefulness of the device in an uncomfortable situation. Not recommended and not worth the trouble. Purchase a window unit!

Not a good choice for me

Don't waste your time or money. The only function you'll get from this is a color changing LED. I couldnt feel the fan at all. Certainly no chilling. I honestly feel embarrassed for falling for the marketing on the box. Trash. :(

This is the worst product I have ever bought!!!! They show on TV that cold air coming out!!!! It can cool a room in minutes. We wet the filter and put it I freezer like they said . Put filter back added water and then some ice!!!! I didn’t buy it to be a cheap fan!!!! When are people going to start giving us truth when they try these products!!!! I am so disgusted. I am taking picture of Arctic Air see if you see cold air blowing out like on TV. Don’t waste your money and then you have to send back to company not where you bought it!!!!

Its okay. Bought for temporary a/c repalcement in truck. It coola downs very slowly. I beleive the fan on inside isnt powerfull enough. However the machine ran at a constant temperature of 77.5 F. (Doesnt matter if you have water in it or freeze the filter its about the same temp.) Which in a hot truck in alabama it cooled it down in about 15-20 mins. If they made it to where it to where the temperature would get to 70 or below i believe it would be a better priduct. If there is a better one out there get it instead

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arctic Air - Pure Chill is one of the best products during this scorching summer heat. It quickly lowers down the temperature surprisingly. One more best feature of this cooler is that it's portable & easy to carry anywhere. After adding ice cubes in water on top of the cooler it feels like a mini air conditioner. I really like the colorful lights it has. Also, it doesn't make that much sound which is really great feature. I highly recommend this product to others as well.

The Article Air Pure Chill is a perfect solution for those situations. I originally thought you simply poured water in it and turned it in but after reading the instructions I found out it’s not that simple. So plan ahead! You soak the filter in water and the freeze. You also add ice to the water. Then just turn it on and feel the breeze! Super easy, but takes a couple hours to freeze filter. It’s not as cold as a true air conditioner but it’s a cheap way to keep a small room cooler. I’ve only used it a few hours at a time but it stayed consistently cool. It also has difficulty colored lights on it. That’s a cool feat! I’d definitely recommend!

I like this Arctic air cooler. Very nice looks work like air condition. But I don't like one thing that is light can not be turned off. I could not sleep when the room is not dark. I use this for my bedroom and I can not sleep because of its light. I can not turn off the light. I want to take out the light bulb or cut the wire but I can not figure out where is it. So, to sleep I put my black woolen hat on it and sleep. Simple, my problem solved but Cooler looks ugly with woolen hat and I can see the water level. LOL

The product is very light and small and the power and efficiency of it is unbelievable. I placed it on my home office because the temperature there gets warmer than the rest of the house (because all the electronics). The Arctic Air Pure Chill made the entire room more comfortable with a cold breeze. The product is eco-friendly, energy efficient and the water I placed in it lasts for 10 hours approximately. I love the UV light options with 7 color options and the speed control. I cannot stop using it and this is a great find to have in any home.

You open the top which it is very easy to lift up and fill it with water. You can add ice cubes to make the water colder or soak the filter and put it in the freezer and when its frozen you can use it. It is compact and fits almost anywhere, light and easy to carry with you. It has 3 speeds with a powerful fan and is quiet. It helps clean the air with the filter. It also has 8 different lights you can choose from. it comes with a plug in for the wall. It also comes with a filter you can clean and they give you directions and after awhile you can replace the filter. It works very well. I recommend this.

It is tiny and perfect to have on a side table, or night stand. It has 3 settings, low, med, high. It has 7 night light setting which are kind of neat. Once you add water to the top of this it will blow some cool air. If you freeze the filter like suggested you will get cooler air. It is easy to you use and a nice compact size and great for whenever you personal cooling if you are with a few feet of it.

So easy to use and move from room to room. My ac went out and it will take a week for my unit to arrive, so I bought this! I put filter in freezer and then put filter in unit with water..I added ice to the water as well and it made it way cooler! This will work until my ac is replaced and I'm so happy that I purchased this! I would definitely recommend this item!

The freezing of the filter helps the cold air distribute better. It looks small but it's powerful you can feel the blast of cold air within minutes. It also has a UV light and the ability to purify the air which I think is amazing. It's simple to use, small and portable so I can move it from room to room with ease.

This lightweight cooler is really easy to use anywhere in house whether it is bedrooms, living room, kitchen. Bathroom or office space. This portable air cooler is perfect for every space. This is also so easy to operate as it doesn’t need any extra gadget or operating system. This keeps your space cool and relaxing. It turns the hot air into cool air with its filter. You just need to put some water in it and you are all set. Once you fill water in it this will work for upto 12 hours and for more cool air you can soak the filter in water and put in freezer until it is solid and it will run longer. I really loved the color changing LED lights which are great to use at night and you can change it into different color according to your need. It's super lightweight and portable. It has a built in UV light. It helps keep you cool. It has a built in LED night light with seven changing colors I thought that was really cool. It can run up to ten hours per fill. It's super easy to use just add water and enjoy the cool artic air it blows out. I love that it has clean air, its eco-friendly very energy efficient. Its very easy to quickly fill the water tank, its great for in the house or even taking camping. It comes with the pure chill, replaceable evaporative air filter, wall adaptor plug and instruction guide for easy set up. Also has quick start guide instructions on the side pretty simple just plug it in, fill tank with water, point it as you and enjoy the cool breeze. I absolutely love this thing and I highly recommend. My summer is a lot cooler now with this Artic air pure chill cooler.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is relatively easy to set everything up. You had to fill it up with cold water. For even better cooling, you placed one part in the freezer. I did everything and it kept me cool at work the whole time. Our central air at work sometimes do not work and fans do not have the same coolness. You can choose how much air flows through. The front part moves up and down so that is another way to get air how you want it. It's not noisy and no windows attachment needed. Good size for desk. You just plug and enjoy the air conditioning!

I also really like the 7 different night light color options. This was so easy to set up, and works quite nicely with a smaller area. Included were instructions on filling, operating, and cleaning it. You can also put the air filter in cold water, or even freeze it for added chill, as well as putting some ice cubes in the top when filling the water. Very mighty little cooler.

To be so compact, this evaporative cooler has a lot of power! It doest take that much water and will run for hours before needing to be refilled. My only complaint is how loud it is! Everytime he gets a call he has to turn it off so it doesn't pick up in the background. It's surprising how loud it is! But overall, it is so easy to use, to move and to position when you need a little extra help feeling cool. I even like to use it in the kitchen on really hot days while I cook.

It's very easy to use not complicated at all. I use it mostly over night when it gets to hot and I sleep so comfortable now very cooling. It has a built-in LED night light that changes into 7 different colors. It has three speeds and the airflow direction can be changed using the Air Direction Tab. I like it because it purifies, cools, and humidifies hot dry air. It’s easy to clean and the Arctic Air Pure Chill will run for 8 hours on High speed, 10 on Medium, and 12 on Low.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The air cooler is a handy piece of equipment, giving choices when it comes to fan speed, direction of air flow, and light color. You do not have to have a light color at all if you don't want one. I like to select a nice soothing pastel color for the night time, and no color during the day. I have tried all three fan speeds and like the middle speed the best. The fastest fan speed is a little bit too intense for me. I did find the the unit runs quietly though, whichever speed is selected. Set-up was very easy and the instruction booklet is clear and concise. I put ice cubes in the tank as suggested which made the output even cooler. The controls are not complicated at all, are also quite large and responsive. There are some very useful tips in the booklet like placing a wet filter in the freezer before using the air cooler to maximize the cooling. Also, it is recommended that you pre-soak the filter before use. There are handy maintenance tips too. This is perfect for small areas and serves three useful purposes. It is an air purifier, a cooler and a humidifier. Due to it being very light, I can move it around as I wish. As indicated on the packaging, it runs for up to 10 hours at a time. Getting some really sound sleeps thanks to my air cooler.

Plus I can use it all night to get a good nights sleep without feeling hot. Pour some water in the tank abs a few ice cubes and there you go cool air.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit iffy at first about this Artic Air Pure Chill if I’m being honest. I thought how can such a little machine make my room any cooler?! But let me tell you I was very wrong. This machine may be small but it definitely does it’s job. All you do is pour water into the top to the fill line turn it on to whatever setting you like and you’re done. Within minutes you can already feel the difference because it takes the hot air and turns it to cool air. Cool thing about this is that you can change the colors on it to whatever you want, it could be one solid color or it can change back-and-forth through all of the colors at once. I would definitely recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little arctic air pure chill works great. It’s fairly small so don’t take up much space. It can be used in two ways. It can be used as a fan, meaning fan temperature air comes out of it by just putting water it. It can be used more like an AC by wetting and freezing the filter thus cooler air comes out of it. I have used it both ways. I prefer the cooler air so I will be keeping the filter in my freezer when I am not using. It has three levels and a variety of colors for the night light. It’s fairly easy to use and come with instructions. It doesn’t use much water and one fill up is suppose to run for about then hours, I don’t know I haven’t used for that long. I will definitely be using thru the summer. I think I will be using in the kitchen while I cook and in the bedroom on those hot summer nights. The only thing I don’t like is it hums, meaning it makes a noticeable somewhat loud noise. Probably not much more than a fan would, Otherwise I love it.

For the size of this air conditioner it does an amazing job I purchased it for my 40 foot diesel pusher motorhome and it keeps it very cool I don’t have to run the two air conditioners on the roof anymore

I don't ever write reviews but this is a he** noo!With high heat right now and 2 babies I had to get something. Well it don't work at all. It leaks water. The only cool thing is the dang LED light that's it.I love 1 hour and 20 mins away from home Depot.And with gas prices I can't go back and forth.i got 2 units total waste of money and my time. Plus I have crying babies cuz of this high heat.Home Depot yall shouldn't be selling crap! Us Mama's need something good for our children! Not crap!now I got to go all the way back and return.Not cool at all!Just don't waste your time and money!

Whoever is saying this is a good product must be getting paid. It’s a piece of junk doesn’t work and if you do get it to work you have to sit right in front of it. I wanted to return mine they gave me a refund but told me to do what I want with the product. That tells you something right there. They know it’s junk
