Absolutely worth the money and time to install. The tub is just beautiful and only took a few hours to install. It takes two people to carry but after the initial work it’s a one person job. The power was 110 v so make to sure to get the tub in before doing the electrical. Don’t use the connects that come with it, they are sub standard to our products so be sure to pick up a drain kit.

Directions were not for the unit I got. Directions for a different unit, made install very difficult. Not crazy about the suction on side. Could my grandchild hair get sucked into this? The only positive about the unit was its lightweight.

The Whirlpool functions well would have been excellent except there are no jets in the back of the tub

I haven’t installed it just yet. Bought it for the master bathroom, in the house we’re building but it looks so beautiful in person. I can’t wait to soak in it.

How can I tell if my tub is a 220v or a 110v. When I run the jets they turn off and on intermittenly. As it is plugged directly into 110v I suspect it is 220v. Can I use a converter? How many watts does the converter need to be? Help please

Poor finish

I love the comfort and the depth, and also that the faucet was included, we had to buy it separately with our last tub which just was not as high quality as this Ariel tub. It wasn't as pretty or stylish either, I am in love with the flowing lines and the accents of this tub. It holds heat well too. I have always wanted something like this.

This is what a tub should be. I am very picky about what goes into my home, and this one actually meets my very high standards. The features work just as described. Arrived in perfect shape. Installation was fast, we didn't do it ourselves but the installers had nice things to say. We would definitely buy another Ariel.

One thing to note, even though it might seem obvious: Your body density will make the water level rise a lot so make sure you don't jump in all willy nilly like I did, and send bubbles spilling all over the floor lol.... Ahh, to soak in this tub is to know pure happiness. I don't ever want to get back out again, think I'll quit my job and stay here forever. :)

Lovely bathtub. My whole family uses it often (but not at the same time, haha) and we all love it. The kids love the giant bubble baths. It stands up to lots of use very well and its easy to clean afterward.

Couldn't be better. It was beautiful enough that I took a chance and bought it online, despite having never bought such a large purchase without testing it before. But I am glad I went through with it. Everything has been better than expected and have had no issues whatsoever. It looks like a dream in our restroom.

Even better than we expected! Strong adjustable jets and the water stays hot for a really long time. We even use cooler water than we want sometimes because the bathtub material even warms it up some. It was a totally great value for the price, not to mention how pretty the design and accents are. I have never been happier about a bathtub.

I was going for a Victorian revival look with my new bathroom decor and this tub is the piece de resistance! I was so thrilled to find it, especially for the price because it just seems like such a steal. My bathroom is the most gorgeous thing now and I couldn't be any happier with it!

The tub is not installed as yet. The product is everything I hoped it would be. The plumber and electrician are happy with the ease of installing the water lines, drain pipe and the electric to satisfy the jet motor....that is all I can comment on at the moment.

I love how big this tub is! There is nothing like being able to sink all the way into a hot bath after a tough day. It has done wonders for my personal well-being, and I stand by that statement. Jets are nice too.

beautiful look. Feels very lux. Jets are perfect. The water remains warm for long periods of time if you want to have a still soak. There were not any problems with installation or with the function of the bathtub.

I bought this tub as a surprise birthday present for my wife. She is crazy for baths and has wanted a clawfoot tub her entire life. It was delivered a bit early (they were very friendly and called ahead) and I was able to hide it in the basement, still allwrapped up, until the big day. Have you ever heard a grown woman shriek with pure happiness?? I have, and let me tell you, it's a great feeling. Her brother and I were able to install it together in under 2 hours, and she was soaking up the dream before the night was out. 10/10 experience, would totally do it all over again.

Bought this to replace an ancient built-in vinyl tub that was just tiny, trying to fit my 6'1 self in there was just absurd. Bathing in my new tub now feels so great because it actually covers my whole body with water so I'm not freezing in the bath anymore. I dont' use the jets as often but I have used them a handful of times and they're very nice. It's a very pretty tub that I get lots of compliments about

I wanted a whirlpool tub but I do not like the look of those Jacuzzi style tubs at all. I was on a long quest to find the perfect thing and I was starting to feel discouraged that I would ever find something classy in a whirlpool style tub- but then I found this! It is like it was made for me. Has a touch of old school class, but still makes bubbles and has jets. It's the perfect thing. I couldn't be happier and I am so grateful to Ariel for making something like this.

Not only is this Ariel tub drop dead beautiful, it was easy to install (one evening), it holds heat really well, the six jets push just the right amount of pressure, it holds heat better than our old tub and it fills more quickly than you'd expect from a bathtub this size. I'm so thrilled to have it in my home.

We ordered the tub had it professionally installed, plumbing and wiring. The motor would only hum. Trying to get it replaced was a total nightmare. The manufacturer was impossible to work with, I tried to reach a resolution with them for a few weeks to no avail. I got frustrated and returned it to Home Depot for an exchange. The second one has so much force when you turn on the jets water goes everywhere almost to the point of flooding my bathroom. It is a beautiful bathtub but an expensive piece of junk. I am tired of the struggle and having my new bathroom in a mess, I cannot recommend this product. I will once again TRY to reach out to the manufacturer. (Oh the dread)

Drains a little slowly but ok no biig deal. Fills up fast in 9 minutes or less. Arrived looking perfect and everything has been just as described.

I purchased the tub a few months ago . We just got it installed and of course we are having problems I love the appearance for our cabin which is out in the country . Our problem is that the motor and jets don't function . We have done everything I can think of to get it working. No luck .Called Home Depot . We are referred to a company in California to get it repaired (Atlas International INC). They have no technicians in Florida so they want me to take it apart and replace the appropriate parts myself . Not only that , but they wont even be able to talk to me again except maybe in 72 hours .. This was a gift to my friends so I need to get it fixed . Looks like I'm going to have to take a loss and get a different tub from someone else who will guarantee their products . With the cost of paying for someone to uninstall this one , It's going to cost me at least 2000 dollars more than I thought . I cant believe how terrible the service is at Home Depot .

The tub looks great! However, we had to have our electrical upgraded from 120amp to 240amp for this particular tub, plus there were no instructions. Then we had all the plumbing customized to fit this tub. Everything was great until we turned the jets on and it leaked from the front. Now, we had to have the tub uninstalled and returned. Very frustrating process after completing a full bathroom remodel. Hoping this was an isolated incident.

I ordered the clawfoot tub on Home Depot online. They delivered the clawfoot tub on time. The builder men hooked up the clawfoot tub then there was a small problem that the clawfoot tub was leaking from the bottom when the pipes were hooked up the Faucets so the clawfoot tub had to return and exchanged another new one. I was pleased that Home Depot truck delivery picked up the clawfoot tub on two days. Perfect on time. They delivered another new clawfoot tub to my house on time after I reordered as I was pleased. One thing I was disappointed that the clawfoot tub has a small black stratch on the right side so I don't want to return it since the clawfoot tub just hooked up in my bathroom last night and runs good without any leaks. How can I cover the small black stratch from the clawfoot tub? I love the clawfoot tub with whirlpool. It's perfect for me.
