Absolutely beautiful lights and excellent customer service!

We bought the Essence 5 - light integrated LED pendant for our entry way. It is absolutely gorgeous, bright and modern. After installing the light we realized that one of the four decorative nuts was missing. We called Artika and their customer service was very friendly and knowledgeable. They apologized for any inconvenience and said they would rectify the problem. About two weeks later I opened up my door to find a whole new light fixture. I also purchased the individual pendant lights for my kitchen. I highly recommend this product.

A must have! I’m so glad I made the decision to purchase this chandelier. It completely elevated my space. My husband and I installed it fairly easily but we have installed many other light fixtures. The first one we bought has a cracked cylinder but the replacement was perfect.

Installed it myself. It took a while to individually assemble the lights because you have to screw in the cylinder and the glass cover. The electrical install was really easy and quick. The result is an extremely beautiful light

I put this light over my kitchen table and love, love, love it. Did I mention that I love this light fixture? Beautiful! The electrician that installed the lights for me, took a picture after installing them. He later called to let me know that he purchased the light for his wife because she absolutely loved the look and wanted them for their house.

Beautiful! A little tricky to put together. You could even use them without the outer glass 'sleeves' if you wanted. The inner 'prisms' are real glass, not acrylic or plastic. Love them! Picture shows dimmed lights.

Extremely beautiful and modern. Which is exactly what we were looking for to go over our dining room table. Chrome ceiling fixture had imperfections in it and that’s why I did not give it five stars. Would recommend for its beauty.
Little upgrade

I was a little skeptical at first but just like all the other reviews, this is a great buy and MOST have. It is so beautiful and fixture upgrade the room immediately. I have living room and a dinner room combo so I purchased two, one for for the Dinning room session and one for the living room session. The final product was more than I expected. The light shines very well and give the room a new look. I will definitely recommend this fixture.
